This is the most incompetent dunkin' donuts I've ever been to in my life, right next to the one in Warwick New York. Every single mobile order I've ever gotten at this place has been wrong. Today there was literally a supervisor teaching somebody how to make sandwiches, and another worker next to her, so THREE people working on ONE order still managed to get my entire order wrong (as well as several other people there). The supervisor himself did not even apologize to my partner who was picking up the order, he simply threw out the order and kept going. I've been working in RESTAURANTS since I was 10, if you're 16+ and can't make a Dunkin sandwich... you're just not trying hard enough. Samantha is the only worker I've ever seen do her job and be polite, and today my partner said someone named Roy was running around cleaning up after everyone else. Kudos to the only two workers that do their job, you deserve better coworkers. Also, there was no pink receipt so I could submit a survey, so instead I'll just submit my review here and call corporate. I'll just drive all the way to Modena next time to get a breakfast sandwich, it will take half the time and taste 10...
Read moreWe went to this Dunkin Donuts 2 days in a row. Once around 11 am and once around 9 am. Both times the store was packed and very busy. Being from Boston this is something I'm used to and usually means that they are swamped behind the line, everything is going to take a little longer and the staff might be a little stressed. But the experience I received here was the complete opposite. My order was taken very quickly by someone who was so polite and cheerful that I was caught completely off guard and forgot my order. Everyone working behind the counter was working with quiet efficiency and together as a team. As a person who runs a bakery this was beautiful to see. The staff served all the customers in a quick expedient manner with absolutely no hint that they were slammed back there. Both times my rather complicated and large food and beverage order were sent out very quickly, without any mistakes (which is practically unheard of) and made to excellent quality. I’ve been a loyal customer at this Dunkin’ for the past two weeks, ordering the same coffee every morning without issue. The front register staff, including Manager Elisa, have always been really warm and welcoming.
However, this morning at 7:24 am I had a frustrating experience with the assistant manager, James. From the moment he took my order, he was noticeably rude, pressing the register buttons aggressively and making me repeat myself unnecessarily. His attitude made me feel like I didn’t belong, as if my order didn’t matter. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional.
I was so put off by his behavior that I decided to walk away without completing my purchase. Since Dunkin is part of my morning routine, this experience completely threw off my day. Unfortunately, due to this level of disrepect, I will no longer be spending my money at this location.
