My friend and I came today, Saturday 7/25 around 1pm. Ordered 2 wraps and 2 drinks. When we got to the window i was only handed 1 sandwich. I immediately told the girl that was taking orders and working the window that I ordered 2 wraps. I know I did because I said it twice. She rolled her eyes and went to redo the transaction. I wouldâve been fine with it, it was a busy time, but I heard her tell her coworker, âapparently she ordered 2â super nasty. I was confused by the attitude. Then she handed us our drinks and asked if we could pull up to the front to wait for the other wrap to be brought to the car. She seemed fine after that, but I guess I was wrong. We waited for about 10 minutes and there was no one that brought it out. So i went inside and got her attention because she was filling straws, so i didnât think it was inconvenient for her. I said âexcuse me, no one brought out the other wrapâ, and without saying anything to me, she rolled her eyes again, grabbed the wrap that was right next to the cash register window (which was obviously ready to be brought out), and gave it me and turned her back to me.    Read moreI went to this Newburgh Starbucks on Route 300 very early this morning and ordered a Grande Dark Roast with two shots of espresso. When I arrived in the store, I was the only customer on line. Shortly after ordering my coffee, the store quickly filled up with about eight customers. I waited and waited for my order until the eighth customer received his order. Because I was running late for my appointment, I asked the barista if there was a problem with my order. She said there wasnât and that it should be coming up soon. Well, soon didnât come quickly enough so I again enquired about my order. The barista then went to the espresso machine and brought me a small cup with two shots of espresso. I explained to her that she was giving me the wrong order, and that she should have given me a Grande with two shots of coffee, for which I had paid $4.16. Without another word, she went to the coffee brewer, poured my coffee, came back and plopped it down on the counter in front of me. I ordered my coffee and when I pulled up to the window knew it was wrong by looking at it because it didn't have the whipped cream or mocha drizzle that I asked for(which they upcharge for). Asked them to fix it, they added the whipped cream and mocha then swiped my card. After swiping they tell me the loaf I asked for isn't available. Something they should have checked for before charging me for it. They gave me a different loaf but I would have preferred to just have it removed but they already swiped and I didnt have time to wait for them to refund. After pulling away I tasted my coffee and it was missing my extra shot of espresso. I order the same thing every time so it was obvious by taste. If you are going to upcharge for every little thing at least read the ticket and make sure its all there. And if you are planning on stopping here and customizing your coffee be aware that they will likely take your money and not give you what...
