I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts at a new location, and I can't express how impressed I am with my experience. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that cleanliness is a top priority here. The entire place was spotless, and even the bathroom maintained a fresh, pleasant scent.

What truly stood out was the impeccable service. The staff was not only friendly but also incredibly efficient. My order was taken swiftly, and my delicious coffee and donuts arrived promptly. It's refreshing to see a team that's so on point and dedicated to ensuring a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.

The only minor inconvenience I encountered was with the parking lot, but that's entirely due to this being my first visit to this specific location. The incredible service and pristine environment more than made up for this small inconvenience.

The female workers are extremely rude ask them to cut bagel twist and put cream cheese in between they refused to this their excuse is their against their rule what the rules I want to know ? When a costumer asked to you cut in half put cream cheese for me they come up with lazy excuse we dont have long knife to cut it I have been eating at Dunkin’ Donuts since 2008 and I have always gotten bagel twist every location no one ever have giving me that excuse but this store. It’s always the female in this location, man are kind and helpful I have been to this location many time but when there is lazy female on register have a problem with not order. I asked for store number and owner information I was refused to give out that information, the guy gave me the manager name prabid or something, get your stuff in line and teach them better costumer service. Today is today’s October 30/25 I am at the new Hyde Park Dunkin’ Donuts branch and they refuse to give me like a six dollar meal with the sausage.
