Came in and within 10 minutes I seen more errors and manager did nothing but coach the employees on how to go around the solution. First cashier doesn't pay attention to her guest by not giving him his changw because she's too busy chit chatting with the rest over non sense. then manager is asked for napkins and gives a nasty comment after another guest leaves. Now comes my experience, first I didn't get my order right, two she literally throws my receipt in the garbage because she knows she was wrong. After I wait for about 10 minutes the manager sees that I'm waiting and asks everyone where is my food. The cashier gave me the wrong items and mind you it was only 4 items. I don't know if she was high or just didnt care but took her long enough to acknowledge the words I told her which was for ketchup and napkins. The only person I saw that was professional was the drive thru employee. He was fast and you could tell he should be the manager. One last thing, the cleaning lady is very nasty to bring garbage threw the food prep area and talk while food is being prep. Don't let the new look fool you, it's still not...
Read moreSLOW FOOD - NOT FAST FOOD. Use drivethrough. Stay away from slow counter. Now I know why place ess empty inside. Place looks renovated and nice but its like putting a lipstick on a broken machine. They have eight employees serving three customers with nobody in the dining room and they still manage to take forever to get the food out. And whose idea was it to place the kiosk right by the counter. Very dumb. If I'm on the line I will not be using kiosk because the rep can take the order much quicker. Wendys please take example of McDonald's and their kiosk placement. To the manager please train your stuff before you send them to the cashier not to learn while they have customers in front of them then they run around the kitchen every 15 seconds because he doesn't know how to press something. Yes he did manage to screw up my order that later on got fixed cause I watched the cook. Just buy him a fake cashier to learn before you put them in the front. Yes it was Monday at 7:30...
Read moreLast night I walked in and found the door locked. It was 9:56 p.m. The sign at the door said the dining room closes at 10pm on Sundays. I knocked on the glass window and no one answered. The cleaning lady acknowledged me but she looked helpless. I gestured her to call the guy in charge, he had a headset on. She went and came back and gestured me that they're closed. I showed her my phone time it was 9:58 p.m but she asked me to come around to the drive thru (not her fault she was saying what she was instructed to say). Then a dark-skinned employee looked at me, I tried to talk to him too but he ignored me and went to eat his food at the farthest corner with his back to me. It was 9:59 p.m. I don't blame the cleaning lady, the employee with the headset and the guy who ignored me are to blame here. Look I've worked in the restaurant industry before and we accepted customers even 1 minute before the kitchen closed. This was...
