McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Oneonta

Over the past few months at this location I've been told numerous things that prevent me from getting food that I have ordered or tried to order. I work late shift at a local establishment and for this reason dinner for me is between 1am and 3am and it make Macdonald's an easy option for a quick meal. But whomever is in charge of running this shift is either incapable of telling time or just totally lazy. I've been told that I can't have a quarter pounder because they don't want to waste a whole case for one burger. Now I worked some food and beverage jobs and know the shelve life of a fresh burger is more then 9 hours. Worst Service ever! First the boy couldn't take our order because the cash register wouldn't work, then the auto order wouldn't work. Then he said the register was working but walked away. 15 minutes later, after waiting for ONE customer, the o ther staff member whose register was working left her station and proceeded to ignore us while having an elongated conversation involving TWO other staff and then the original boy walked by us to take a break, saying as he passed us "it will just be a minute". When I replied "We've already been waiting for a really long time." He ignored us and kept on going. We walked out. Management is obviously in failure mode at this McDonald's. All we wanted was a couple of cups of coffee.....not fast, lousy...

This location never gets anything right, you almost always have to check your orders. That's not what I'm complaining about tonight. After placing the order on the order stand I was once again told to go to the counter, after waiting for approximately 15 minutes I was blatantly ignored, and everytime I went to address the issue the woman standing directly near me proceeded to go about her day as if I didn't exist. Not one of the people could be bothered to attend the actual register. I recently encountered this problem at the same location and the janitor was the only one who had decided to ring up my order.
