The best of the fast food! Everything is always fresh and delicious! Best spicy nuggets .. frosty is always on point. Drive thru was fast and easy with no problems.............................................................................................................................

When we happen to go into Wendy's in which I prefer over any of the other fast food places. Everytime I go there I always get the chilli and small fries a small drink. My husband would order a meal. Unfortunately when we were just there on Friday, my husband told me that his burger was undercooked, this happened before on other occasions and the fries had this greasy taste to them. As if the oil that was used for the fries "Was Not Fresh!" It would be nice just for once to change out the stale oil and replace with Fresh oil. Come on now, if you still want our business, Change out The Nasty Oil replace with Fresh every so often during opening Hours. Also Please Make sure the Burgers are cooked through and also please make sure that they are kept warm. Warm enough that you can actually see steam coming from them. My advice is Do A Better job in preparing the meals. Otherwise I will write to the top company and complain about the food anything else that needs to...

The food is good. I like Wendy’s food. The service however is absolute terrible. In the few times I’ve been there not once has my order been correct. Since I use the drive thru and then drive back to work I don’t have much time to check what’s in the bag. Not once has just everything be right. Usually the sauces are missing or wrong, very often the food is swapped and you get something that you didn’t order, sometimes I get a Baconator and end up with a tiny double from the biggie bag, which is like half the size? When I get a biggie bag, I usually swap the small fries for large fries, because that’s the one thing I really like about Wendy’s - their fries. And to my expectance - I get a big box but the inside is only half way filled and with that I got small fries again but I had to pay for the big box. I’m getting more and more annoyed and hope that the manager is going to do something...
