I have been to this place before and the food service was fine. I think the owner needs to become more customer service friendly as here was my dilemma the other night. We were only a table for 3 and the only table left was a table for 6 in the corner. There was a party behind us of 5 but they seated us anyway after waiting 15 min to clean the table. Then we proceeded to wait for someone to come to the table and as 15 min goes by, we were asked to move ( and they were not polite about it). As we moved then we were told someone will take our order right away. If it was not so late I would have walked out. We waited at least an hour for our order and when i asked I was told that take out orders had to be made first which is odd and again no apologies. Two dinners were the same order and came out within 15 min of each other which we all waited so everyone could eat at the same time. We have been here before but this time the food did not taste fresh. Again the service was horrendous and they were not even nice. I am sorry that I did not go to ThaiGarden like we always do. The owners are very nice and the service is excellent and so is the food. Thai House can offer me to come for free and I will never step in that...

This restaurant is a newly found treasure that just opened in my friend’s town. We ordered take out. I wish I had pictures to show … but we ate everything so quickly we missed the opportunity. I’m a girl from Queens and Long Island so I’ve had plenty of Thai food before but never like this! This food was different than any Thai food I’ve ever had. The flavors were so distinct and fresh just the aroma of them made my mouth water. The presentation of the dish was also very impressive. The sauces were light and flavorful and did not overwhelm the seafood or the chicken in the dishes but instead highlighted the quality of the cuisine. We shared the chicken Pad Thai with chicken and the Thai fried rice with shrimp and chicken. The portions were plentiful and more then enough for two. Our children were quick to scoop up anything left behind. The staff was very accommodating at explaining the menu and offering different options. We will definitely stop in next time. We want to try their Thai ice tea ! The owner said they are yummy! I can’t wait! People …if you live in Nyack … don’t miss this stop .. I won’t . Pics to follow from my next meal.sorry we were...

I had a pretty good experience at Bangkok station in Nyack restaurant, although the service could definitely use some improvement. There was a bit of a wait to get a table, and I had to wait a little longer for a menu (eventually, I got up to grab one myself). I ordered a drink, but it took about 20 minutes to arrive, and I had to remind the server about it.

Everything we tried was pretty good! The chicken wings were crunchy and flavorful, but the smell was pretty off-putting – it had a strange, unpleasant odor that reminded me of a fart. I ended up covering them with a napkin to mask the smell, but once I tried them, they were surprisingly tasty.

The calamari was crispy, though it lacked flavor on its own. The dipping sauce really helped bring out the taste, though, so it worked out. The chicken curry puffs were definitely a highlight – the pastry was crispy and the filling was absolutely delicious.

The vibe and atmosphere were great, though, and I really enjoyed the overall setting. Despite the service issues, I’d still recommend this place for the flavorful dishes and the...

We stumbled upon this charming eatery in downtown Nyack and were immediately intrigued by its train car-like architecture and speakeasy vibes. The interior is adorned with Thai paintings and quaint artwork, adding to its unique character. The owners, Mike and Nita, greeted us warmly and gave excellent recommendations. Highly recommend the crab fried rice — flavorful without being overly seasoned, with that irresistible wok-fired taste and a generous portion of crab meat. (The photo doesn’t do it justice because we dug in before I could snap a good one!) The green curry was light, fragrant, and had just the right amount of kick. Overall, a relaxed and delicious dining experience. We’ll definitely be back!
