finally came for restaurant week and I really enjoyed myself! I chose from a limited, prix fixe menu for the occasion but I was pleased because I had things I wouldn’t normally try and they were great! I had the asparagus and leek soup, the mussels steamed in cream sauce, and vanilla caramel flan. I wasn’t stuffed at the end but pleasantly full, and my server was especially lovely- he was so kind and friendly (I came by myself) and chatted with me for a bit but also left me to enjoy my book. I just really had a great time here enjoying my own company, great food, and a beautiful ambience of music and people watching. I am so looking forward to coming back. (Also probably the best frites I’ve ever had in my whole life)

This place was outstanding. I love French cuisine and my family and I decided to give this place a shot. Mom is a French Onion Soup fanatic and they nailed it. The steak tartare was some of the best I've had. The lobster mac....do it! You taste the lobster flavor right out the gate in every bite. My braised lamb shank was a total win. The duck my gf had was also delish. The owner / chef was very hospitable and the service was also good. We have all decided already this will be another family dinner and already know what we will be having for next visit. Would recommend 10/10.

I can not believe I am writing this but string beans do NOT go with traditional Beef Bourguignon. I feel like I need to report this to the French Embassy . I apologize for my sarcasm but seriously it’s true . Please remove string beans from that dish . Does not belong ! Was also strange that it came with pasta and not potato . Service was good . Everyone was nice. Lucky what saved the evening was the dessert was extremely nice . Very light and nicely portioned Chocolate Mousse. I would certainly go back to try other things but this is not a true French restaurant .

I never, I mean never give a negative review of a restaurant. Not only did they not ask us what kind of water we wanted (just brought tap), the service on Valentine’s Day (also my birthday) was horrible. The drinks were severely watered down. The appetizers were lackluster. Then, get this…four of our party of five ordered filet mignon. They brought us flat, crappy sirloins instead and promised to “buy us a round” of crappy drinks to make up for it. They should have told us right away that they were out of filets and offered us a chance to order something else. The desert was good, but it was a little too late. Spent $600 on a crappy meal. Shameful and I’m sorry, but you lost a customer who loves French food and had it not been for the company and great conversation would have ruined...

Food was good with one major exception. My husband’s mussels had ice in them-yes ice. The waiter took them and Never came back, no apology, nothing. We told the manager who said they were low on mussels so they ran to the supermarket, bought mussels and dumped them into the pot. Some of the mussels weren’t even open and therefore not safe to eat. I hope my husband doesn’t get sick. In the meantime, they were out of diet soda but wouldn’t pick up a 2 liter bottle at the supermarket. Customer service, food quality and general judgment is questionable. We will not...
