Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

I went here the day before Memorial Day to get food and I accidentally left a tip amount that I didn’t want to leave and realized right after u paid. It was double the order I had placed. I was told by the person behind me that I could call the store and they should be able to give me a refund and the cashier told me she would leave the receipt up front. I called the adore multiple times to ask for the manager and they were not in until 4 days later. After I finally get in touch with the manager, they said they needed to talk to their boss. I never got a call back from the manger so I called the store again and they said they don’t usually give refunds for tips. I was not offered a store credit of any sort and the manager said that his boss would call me and never did. The service at this location is completely unprofessional and they don’t let you get a refund on mistakes you make with tipping...

i been a long time customer who pick Moe's over any Mexican restaurant, today 03/16 I'm sorry say my experience at one of your locations Plainview was disappointing and very upsetting, i basically waste my entire lunch break at work and had spend my day hungry with a headache .. I am a rewards member and i accumulated enough point to free burrito when i try to use the points the female who help me basically told me it not working so she got her management who advise that the points can't be use more then once a day and I'm like "hello" she just use my points so i don't see what the problem is, the manager just basically said that what the computer said and he can't do nothing and didn't care to help mind you points was taken with no food and i got back to work late and got in trouble with my manager.. i feel as a loyal customer i shouldn’t have to go through...

Got a salad bowl and wasn't all that thrilled with it. I picked all of the ingredients but found that the portions were disappointing. Much less than other competitors. The bowl itself wasn't even close to being filled. The person preparing it should definitely have put in more lettuce to start and used far less chicken than for other meals in front of me. I also was given hot sauce by mistake instead of dressing. And of course, since I've never been there before, I didn't notice it until I poured it on. No big deal because I had dressing with me at work and like spicy food, but not the flavor I was going for. The staff at this location also seemed really upset to be at work. No one greeted us when we walked in or made any attempts to ask anything other than "what do you want?" Servicable? Yes. Someplace I'd enjoy...
