QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

Shoutout to the general manager refusing to give her name, hope this reaches the higher ups. Called on sunday around 3 pm and Ordered a family meal. Ordered steak. And an additional meat chicken. Got home and found out i was give 2 orders of chicken. Called back and was told i had to bring it back in order to get the steak. Came back and my father went in. The level of attitude given was disgusting. She told us she’s never going to pick up our call again because we do this all the time to get “extra food”. This was our second time ever ordering, and the first time they forgot the queso. My father who was the one who picked up the food was visibly upset. Today i call and the same lady answers. With the same nasty attitude. Stating that they had to throw out the chicken and we were doing this for a reason. I asked for her name. She refused to give it. An email has been sent to corporate. For a company who’s slogan is “we have an "All-Good Guarantee", meaning that if you don't like what you ordered, bring it back up to the line and we'll remake your item, on us. Not your best moment.

I have been coming to this location since they opened, I've dined in and I’ve gotten take out and the people here are always so nice, and prices are always great. Unfortunately they aren't careful about cross contamination, I eat plant based due to some medical issues and I have for several years, when i first started coming here i was excited to learn how many options they had because eating out is usually very stressful and hard for me, but now every single time I come here I end up with some cheese or even big chunks of steak in my bowl. This is dangerous for people like me, so if you have any medical issues that would be affected by cross contamination I would highly recommend eating somewhere else. I’m not sure if the employees just got careless or if no one is reminding them that not everyone can enjoy meat or cheese, if you're going to advertise plant based options at least avoid letting meat or dairy touch them. Just left this Qdoba with my wife and I must say I was very surprised at how the food was prepared. We paid over $60 and received $30 worth of food in return. This was the first time I’ve ever had this issue with Qdoba so I’m pretty sure it was a management issue for some reason. I also want to add that my Food was extremely Salty In which I’ve never tasted it this way before since Qdoba as been Open throughout Long Island. Me and my Family will never come back to this location ever again. This best one is in Farmingdale !!
