Summary: I'd choose other locations over this one. Cons: Mango is never ripe. Big step in front of store. Music not always kid friendly.

1. This location is not as good as others I've been to. Out of the dozen times I've been here, I add mango to my bowl and not once had it been ripe..always hard and bitter, and I'm left disappointed I wasted money adding the unsatisfying fruit.
2. There is a big step in the front of the shop, which basically prohibits wheelchair bound people from entering the shop and makes it extremely difficult for mothers with strollers to get in. Another customer just got up to help a mother inside because she couldn't balance the heavy door and her stoller up the big step at the same time.
3. Eating with my 3 year old listening to Mask Off by Future wasn't exactly the wholesome lunch...

Sobol response to me is FALSE. Look at their website. Each bowl is to the top and some over flow. I have been ordering the EXACT same for years and it was always filled to the top. My server called the manger LISA who started to blame it on her own employee not being trained right, which was awful for her to say about her own employee. Then she went on to tell me that expenses have gone up and they can’t serve as much as they have in the past. This was NUTS for a manager to tell a customer. I spent $17.62 and they fill up my bowl 3/4 of the way. I asked them to fix it and they gave me such an attitude and a hard time. I was shocked and extremely disappointed. Smoothie was great, no issues with it all except they up-charge you if you substitute a fruit for another. They should allow one substitute because of dietary restrictions or preference.

What is not okay is walking into a store that you have never been to before and the employee is talking to her friend at the counter having a full blown personal conversation, while you are standing there. It’s fine if your friend came to visit you at work, but take my order first and go back to your yapping afterwards. It was rude and unprofessional. The receipt said Lisa and she was telling the other employees what to do so I don’t know if she was the manager or owner or what, but your behavior today is not how you treat customers...
