Bruegger's Bagels — Restaurant in Town of Penfield

Somebody in management decided to make changes to the Brueggers way of running a restaurant. The customer experience is terrible. It starts when you step up to the counter. They have put boxes on top of the counter so you cannot see the bagels. You also are blocked from seeing how your food is prepared. What are they hiding? You no longer place your order in front of the bagels, that you can't see. Instead you go to the register and read a sheet with a list of the type bagels they have. Since you don't see what bagels are put in your bag, you have ask how many do I have left to pick. The cashier had to be asked for the coffee cups so you can go to the self serve coffee station. After filling our coffee cups I realized there were no cup holder trays and no bags to put cream, sugar, or napkins in. We were very disappointed in how much Brueggers had changed. It's no wonder they removed 70 percent of the tables from the restaurant. The message is clear, this place wants contactless customers. Oh and the coffee was as weak as...

I went into one of the two unisex bathrooms, and it was absolutely disgusting. The sink was spotted with brown spots everywhere, including the handles and the garbage was overflowing. It was despicable, and I was appalled! There was plenty of help. They were all just chatting and over to one side near the bagels. The only person that seem like they were working with the guy at the cash register who is very nice by the way! No one was wiping off the tables as people left and obviously that bathroom had not been clean for a very long time. I felt sick to my stomach when I saw that I didn’t know whether to go up to their moms and say listen you might wanna go in there with your daughters because the bathroom is disgusting! I did call the Monroe county health department to let them know! I’m sure it will be up before they get there to do...

This place is gross it was a cold sloppy bagel I ordered a plan bagel with cream cheese the bagel was cold and they just slapped a glob of cream cheese on it the used the same knife to spread as they did with the everything bagel so their were seeds in my cream cheese overall it was horrible the place was disgusting and food was horrible if I’m gonna pay 4 dollars for a bagel it should at least taste good Not to mention an employee walked back inside from his smoke break and didn’t change his glove or put his long hair up or in an hairnet luckily he didn’t serve me but overall this place...
