McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Poughkeepsie

If I could give this place a negative one star I would. The staff are the most rudest in the world. I had a beverage that was missing from my order when I tried to get someone attention from the full staff in the back all gave me dirty looks. Then this rude young lady in a pink rudely ask if I was missing something and slides my beverage to me.

Then when I went inside I to get a refund. One staff member said I needed a receipt for the refund, when they could’ve got the receipt from my order. The same young lady in the pink sweatshirt asked if I needed something, I told her I needed a refund to which rudely asked why. I told her because of the rude service I received and I wanted my money back. That’s when she changed her attitude and was nice.

They have 3 windows when you drive around. One is a pay window and the other 2 are pick up 1 and pick up 2. Today is my third time being told to drive up to one of the 3 windows. And I sit there waiting and watching car after car after car pass by and then I have to go on a hunt for my order. Tonight I just left. You all need to have your windows better labeled or have the person taking the order verify before sending a car to one of the windows. I’m coming here almost 2 times a day. Usually I get someone doing something right. But tonight was the last straw. This was my 3rd time being sent to an empty window. Now I’m at McDonald’s down in wappingers.
