Kelly's Roots Cafe And Marketplace — Restaurant in Town of Queensbury

This might be my favorite place to eat!! I love their egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches and their smoothie bowls! The smoothie bowls are delicious and come with fresh fruit and granola on top. If you’re not feeling the fruit, you can always get a regular smoothie. They also have a smoothie called a pick me up which is coffee and peanut butter and chocolate, that one is just as the name says, a “pick me up.” I have a hard time resisting their desserts as well, they usually have cupcakes and other goodies in the front case. Also they have complimentary water, flavored with different things everyday, sometimes it’s lemon, orange, cucumber, or mint! My only complaint would be their hours of operation, they’re only open until 3, 2 on Saturday’s, and closed on Sundays. This makes it hard to go there as often as I’d like because it’s not always a convenient time. Also, I recently found out that they changed the price of their smoothie bowls from 6$ to 8$ and did not update their menu board in-store. I didn’t find out til after getting my receipt that the...

A most disappointing experience at Kelly's Roots today. Ordered a scrambled breakfast sandwich with bacon on a crossaint with cheddar. Arrived home to find no bacon, an unacepptable amount of cheese, and just one egg fried. Called to let them know. The person on the phone informed me that the same amount of cheese is put on every sandwich, said nothing regarding the absence of bacon, and no apology. She finished with " have a nice day" and hung up on me. Oh, I purchased 4 of their cupcakes and left a generous tip. Terrible phone servivice. I will not be back. Lastly, their dining room was full which indicates a complete disregard regarding covid...

I swear, I become more and more impressed with them each time I go! I'm not easily impressed when it comes to food and service either!! Everyone that works there is so friendly, quick, and efficient. I rarely have to wait long for my food, so I can stop in quick for lunch regardless of time restraints. The parking lot was packed today, and there was quite the line... however, the line moved quickly and I was in and out in no time. The food is always fresh, and prepared with care. I've absolutely loved everything I've gotten from there, and today was no exception. You guys need to keep that Curried Chicken Salad Wrap on the menu!!!...
