Just went to this store, when we arrived shortly after 10:30 am, there were 2 cars already in the drive thru.
After what I assumed the cars ahead of us ordered and pulled forward, we pulled up the the menu. There was no greeting. Nothing. We waited a couple of minutes (figuring that they were maybe still in the process of opening and maybe weren’t 100% ready) but when there was still no “we will be right with you”, we decided to go elsewhere. Finally, FINALLY, after we shift from park, and start to leave, we hear a quiet “sorry for the wait...” but it was too late at that point.
My husband said he would go back since they finally had the time for us, their customers, to which I said no.
We went back to the drive thru.
This time we were greeted promptly with a “would you like to try....” which we just might have. But when we went to order, we were responded with “our brown rice is still cooking” and a “our super greens will be a 5 minute wait”.
At that point I had had enough. I told my husband to just leave. How do you run a restaurant that opens at the same time every day, and not have your items ready? As someone who has and does work in a business that has to open at a designated time, and be ready to serve your customers, this is just terrible.
It will be a VERY long time before we will be returning.
**also, if you look at their busy-ness guide, it says there is little to no wait right away in the morning, which couldn’t be more wrong. You’ll either have to wait longer because nothing is ready. Or you’ll have no wait, still because nothing is ready and like me, you don’t have time for that...
Read morePre COVID this was just like any other Panda Express. Good fast American/Chinese food. Went there right after restaurants opened up on a limited basis and the drive thru line was long (go figure) and we were sent to the parking lot to wait because they ran out of everything (go figure)! It was probably our worst Panda Express experience ever. Not the walt times. We expected that. The food quality was horrific. The chicken that needed to be fried for a dish was over done. Rice was just undercooked. Generally a mess. I get it, they were buried since everyone, myself included wanted to get our Chinese fix asap. I can't really sing them in the ratings on that on instance but everytime I drive by and think I want to stop I look at the drive thru and check the lot. More than 5 or 6 cars I'm down the road. Haven't been back since.
Update: It's a bit late but as COVID has wrapped up the restaurant had returned to what you'd expect at a Panda Express. Good food, great service and...
Read moreFood was old tasting and the vegetables I asked for didn’t have any broccoli just cabbage and lots of water and they had no problem dumping most of that water on my rice 🤦♀️ when asked protein I chose the teriyaki chicken and all I got was tiny pieces left in the bowl. Neither the chicken nor the vegetables were good. I’ve always had great success at panda, but this one will throw you the scraps left in a dish and call it good 🤦♀️ some of the staff was irritated because I didn’t chose fast enough and one girl at the counter serving food rolled her eyes at me and I’m like why? It’s baffling as to how rude some people have become at this establishment. I will not return here for food again. I was driving an hour and 15 there and back home. I will find another place that’s not so pushy and gives you the left over scraps. So sad what places are becoming. Ps with that many workers there, tables should not be that dirty and the soda fountain area was...
