Didnât have a good experience the last couple of visits. I had gone on a Friday night after work and ordered 2 McChickens, a 10 piece nugget meal, 2 medium fries and 2 McDoubles. Unfortunately I didnât check the bag so when I got home, I realized the 3 medium fries were missing. However, they gave me the extra sauce that I paid for.. for the fries. Wasnât able to call until Monday or Tuesday as my mom was admitted in the hospital and it slipped my mind. When I did call, I was asked if I had the receipt. Explained I donât have it with me but at home I probably do. Was put on hold and then told they couldnât do anything because of how long I waited to contact them. Didnât feel like explaining my mothers medical emergency to them but I paid for the fries so I was getting annoyed that it almost sounded like they didnât believe that I didnât receive them on Fri. I told them I have pictures of my bag to show there were no fries (in case they tried to treat me like I was lying..). Placed me in another hold and eventually came back to say they would give me the fries. Okay cool. So I go to the location a few a minutes later. Manager told me just to tell the cashier that they approved the 3 free fries. I ordered a bunch of other items but at the end, the cashier only rang up 1 fry instead of 3 and tried to quickly give me my total. That was actually the 2nd time they had tried to rush me during the order when I wasnât finished ordering. Anyways, I corrected them and explained I should have the 3 fries for free per the managers convo a few min ago.. and they responded with âTHREE ALL FOR FREEâŚ.?!â Very rudely. I said â..yes?â. I felt uncomfortable at that point like I was being judged or not believed. It took a few min for them to ring up those 3 fries and eventually the manager came and told me to pull forward for my total. I didnât make a fuss about anything by the way. I was respectful and kind. I paid for my other items, pulled up to the 2nd window. The man did not smile or greet me in any way, but he also shoved the bag at me. The first cashier didnât greet me or smile either. I get that this is fast food and it was slightly busy but I worked in food service for 6+ years.. customer service is very important to say the least - regardless of how busy it is. I felt like I was a burden to all of them.. even though they had originally caused the issue by not giving me the correct order. Should I have checked the bag originally? Yes. Should I have called sooner? Yes. But I wanted to at least get a refund or get the fries.. things happen, life happens. But at the end of the day, customers should not...

Then a manager took over and said âweâll do it this time, but next time you need to come into the lobbyâ despite it being closed all the time. Also, stupid rule. I worked at McDonaldâs, too. If they order a water by itself, you can just not ring it up if it wonât let you finalize the order. Thatâs literally what I did and it had zero negative effect. Old fries despite being the only car there (at night, closed lobby), no napkins in the bag, shorted on sauces that we paid for (charges 20 cents for 1oz of sauce, LOL).    Read moreWow I couldn't believe it! I was visiting family and stopped at this location where I've been before. There was a big sign on the door at 12:02 p.m. lunch time and it said lobby open from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. the rest of the week? How could you operate a business like that. Apparently they have enough workers to work the busy supper dinner time from 4:00 to 7:00 but don't have enough people to work breakfast or lunch and it's for the entire week. That's quite disappointing. Wasn't able to go inside to see why they're not open and only open and limited hours but nonetheless still a big disappointment.
