While I have enjoyed several times coming to the store the last few times have not been enjoyable. Some of the employees need to be trained. They ignore you when you ask them a question. I was standing online the arrow clearly pointed to where I'm supposed to stand and it wasn't the first time. I literally went to this place when they opened up. I had a question about one of the products the girl totally ignored me. After being there for 5 minutes waiting on somebody to attend me a couple walks in stands in line behind me then decide they want to skip the line go around me and go straight to the cashier. Now the girls saw that I was online first and this couple came in 5 minutes after me, continue to attend them at the cashier and let them order, when I was clearly telling them excuse me I was here first and they totally ignored me. One of them even laughing. No I will never come to this place again because you need to train your employees on how not to be rude. Yes I know Spanish I'm Puerto Rican it was not a barrier of who did not know what language. My sister came to visit me during the summer and the first place I took her to was mexicandy. I did wait outside in my car because there was no parking. She went inside came back outside very upset stating not only were they ignoring her but people skipped and they did not say anything to them. Again my sister speaks Spanish as well.
