I really think Starbucks should take hiring a bit more seriously. This isnāt the first time Iāve come across staff who are either surprisingly rude or just donāt seem to know the basic policies ā which is kind of shocking for a company of this size.
My last visit was honestly the breaking point. I canceled my order after the barista smirked and laughed at my perfectly normal question about a drink. I guess customer service isnāt part of the training anymore?
