Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Seneca Falls

If I could post 0 stars I would!! Dominos took our money $59.76!! Yet We never received our food!! No call or anything to let us know they deleted our order bc the supposed "manager" ( girl) said she was mad bc we hung up on her and yes we did!! Only Bc she was very rude prior to trying to place our order!! She then called ME back on my phone with an attitude unexpectedly!..NOT OK..We decided to just order online half hour later so we didn't "BOTHER" her🤦 Extremely Rude service from the get go and beyond!! We will NEVER order from Dominos here again after ordering many many times!! I get we all have a bad day but who does that?! Totally unprofessional!! When we called back wondering where our food was after AN HOUR of waiting and a confirmed EMAIL it was on the way!! Then we were accused of "harassment"!? TOTALLY UNBELIEVABLE!! I’ve always ordered from Domino’s no matter where I’ve I’ve never had an issue and if I did when you know, they asked for your address were going they usually say oh no, we can’t deliver there and that’s the end of it, but this time called in never had an issue delivering delivery for here Ever until today!! when the driver was, she was short like didn’t take him not saying sorry that you know I’m nothing no manners whatsoever you know and I mean I guess she could’ve said things differently but she didn’t. It is what it is but my theory goes back onto when you place the order you give the address you know you should be able to oh yeah, we don’t deliver and you know we can consider being 4 miles outside of their delivery area. I mean it’s not like it’s 10 miles. It’s 4 miles but I guess 4 miles is too much when every other pizza joint around the area...

Taste is delish when the do the orders correctly. Always disappointing to see that the size of the pizza's is nowhere near the size that they should be (Large Pizza is actually a Small Pizza, and a Sub is actually a Mini Sub in reality), Don't expect quantity. As if the sizes of their items weren't bad enough to skimp you out on, Now they are making mistakes left and right. Today my wife ordered a Large pepperoni and cheese pizza, and 2 bread bowl Pasta's for her family. MISTAKES: Pizza had no pepperoni, and one Bread Bowl Pasta had all garlic pieces piled on one small area of the entire pasta. I am a very laid back person but seeing these things happen often is very disappointing. I recommend ordering from somewhere else to get your moneys worth...
