Last night was the straw that broke the camels back. I drove right up to order my food. Ordered immediately and then never moved at all for 15 minutes. I finally just said to cancel my order and I went home hungry. Kat weekend I went in to order a medium FF and there was literally 3 people standing waiting for food and after 10 full minutes I asked if I could have my fries because I had to go to work. I was completely ignored and after another 3 minutes I said a bit more sternly can I PLEASE have my fries. They had been sitting in the warmer. They act like the customers in the lobby don’t exist. A couple of weeks ago I went through the drive thru and I ordered a 5.00 meal. I got up to the first window and the girl opened the window and held out her hand for my card. Never gave me a total, never gave me a receipt, never said anything to me at all, not even a thank you. So I went up to the next window and the girl started handing me all these specialty drinks. I said those are not mine.. Then I said what did she charge me, and I opened my bank app and I was charged almost 50.00 for someone else’s order. I was furious. What happens to someone if they didn’t have enough money to cover that mistake?? It took 3 days for that money to be credited to my account. This McDonald’s has gotten SO bad since it was taken over and everyone was fired from the old staff. The young girl that is managing this place is AWFUL.. It’s so frustrating to have something go wrong at every visit. I hope that the new owners read these reviews. Apparently they don’t seem to care because it just gets worse and worse. What happened to getting food out in a certain time frame, what happened to parking cars? You guys do not care about your customers at all. All you do is stand around in the back and complain about customers, I have heard you. There are just a couple people who work during the day that have been there forever that care. Do better...
Read moreExtremely disappointed in the service at this location. We were on our way home from a camping trip in the thousand islands and decided McDonald's would be easy for lunch. So pulled into this one that we've used the drive thru for many times in the past. Decided to dine in as we've already been in the car for 2 hours. Knowing we had 40 mins to go till home we figured it's fast food so we would be in and out within 30 mins after eating. Ordered our food and went to get our seat and drinks when we heard a very upset customer asking for their food and said our family has been waiting 45 mins. The manager proceeded to give him a bad attitude claiming he didn't agree the customer showed him the time on the receipt. The wife asked for a refund and the manager refused. It took 25 mins before we were given our food and the lady just threw our tray down on the table knocking our fries into our lap and walked away rolling her eyes saying sorry sarcastically. I said to her that's not how you should be treating customers and we're very disappointed in the customer service we've received. She just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I told her since they don't want to do her job then I will so I spoke up so all the customers could hear and said "attention everyone there's at least a 20 minute wait to get your food" there was some laughs and smiles. I get if you're understaffed and all your attention is on the drive thru, but don't open a dining room if you can't staff it. Read moreStarted off by trying to use a kiosk since we stood at the counter for a few min with no service. Kiosk wouldn't work right so stood back at the counter, finally someone helped us. We had to get our own cup after the girl took our money she walked away saying you can get your cups. We got our drinks and went to sit down and every available table was filthy. There was a guy cleaning windows but no one to be found cleaning tables or sweeping..place again was dirty. Food was ok. It doesn't matter if you tried telling someone at this location about anything or even if you write to corporate. The owner of this location doesn't care! Only reason that I even write this is the last time we went in there we waited over 25 min for our food and when we got it was cold and disgusting. I had called the manager and they didn't care she told me to call corporate, so I did, and they had told me the owner would contact me which he didn't. I tried giving the benefit of the doubt by going today..again same lousy situation. Every other McDonald's I've been to make theirs look like a 5 star restaurant compared to this place.
