Everyday Bagel — Restaurant in Town of Smithtown

Ordered lunch on UBEREATS, I asked for a plain bagel with veggie cream cheese, a coffee and an iced tea. My order arrived, the coffee mustve opened inside the bag and soaked the bagel, I opened the bagel and I was given a bagel with butter, which costs less money than the bagel with a flavored cream cheese. I had to throw out the mushy coffee soaked bagel and have an iced tea for lunch. I filed a complaint through UBER EATS and someone named Eshanya Sachdeva responded to me stating since I cannot provide a photo I cannot get a refund. This is absurd. Ordered on Uber eats. They false advertise a free item with purchase. I bought $118 worth of breakfast, they claimed on Uber eats that you get a free item with purchase. They conveniently didn't deliver the free item, then when you try to tell Uber eats you didn't get it, Uber eats says the item is not eligible for refund because it was a promo. I'm sure the store is well aware that they get away with this. Beware the "free item" is a complete scam. Theres a reason this place has a 3 rating. They purposely didn't include the free item, they pull this scam to get you to buy from them then there is no recourse when the don't deliver it through...

By far the most expensive breakfast/lunch spot on the strip without the quality or customer service to match. Mess up orders a third of the time, charge delivery fees they don't disclose upfront just to walk across the street, convenience charge if you order online on their own site even for pickup. Every other business in the vicinity already does free deliveries, even the Chinese food place up Lake Ave.

We all can't wait for Bean's Bagels to open...
