Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Town of Smithtown

I literally asked for my toppings in a bowl. This lady is asking me 10 times about what am I talking about. Then the lettuce is brown. Doesn’t ask what I want in the bowl just starts putting things in the bowl. Then she takes the meat back out puts it on the dirty table. Puts it back in the bowl like it’s just one sandwich not rocket science ? All with an attitude. I ask if someone else can make it everyone is looking at me stupid ? Just don’t bother coming...

Very immature and poor customer service. Walked in and the staff huddled together and looked at my brother and I and started laughing at us. Young man who was taking our order was rude and making unnecessary comments. My brother and I were uncomfortable. Before we went in, we saw a customer walk out angry with no food. That should’ve been our sign to not go...

The staff here are always unpleasant, no matter the time of day. Never a hello, or have a good day, let alone a thank you. They act like you’re bothering them at their home. The toppings and portions are cheap and the staff get annoyed if you ask for more. The service reminds me of any subway franchise instead of the quality that Jersey Mike’s should...
