As always I'm a big fan of McDonald's I don't know what it is but probably the nostalgia. The genuine efforts theyve made as a corporation toward improving quality has not gone unnoticed by me even in the harsh criticism of reviewers lobbying for change and the equally harsh criticism of loyalists pushing back against the change for continuity McDonald's somehow has managed to toe the line and appease both sides in the most unlikely outcome. Frictionless free WiFi is also a nice bonus of the McDonald's brand. I'll sometimes go on a day off with my laptop hang for a bit hang a couple burgers and fries and apple pies and get some coding work done or with my headphones and do some audio track mixing. Having accessible outlets at the guest tables make this a good checkpoint for when riding my electric skateboard. As long as I'm in range of a McDonald's I have worries or range anxiety about having to walk home if I run out of battery. A frappe recharge break is always a welcomed stop during my journies. You would think these extra amenities would be commonplace at the large fast food establishment chains but I've been to many Wendy's and burger kings that don't offer a place to charge your phone while you eat. Read moreLast night May 20th, we when through the drive through to order burgers, my friend asked for burgers two for $5, he was little confused what he was ordering, the rep, said that’s Burger King, so he ordered two McCheese for $5 and change, after finish ordering, my friend jokingly said he want a discount and he don’t have no money, he took $10 from his pocket and the woman said go to the 2nd window, we when up no one there, so we proceeded to the other window, when a guy came up and said did you ordered salad, we said no, we ordered McCheese burgers, then a woman claiming to be the Manager, name Christiana came up and said you ordered burgers and said you don’t have money, we said were joking, she said “out of the premises”, we said where is our burgers that we ordered, no burgers, but a rude unprofessional and inhumane Manager disrespected us repeatedly said “out”, and said she calling the cops for no given reasons. We said, what is this for we ordered our burgers. I will never go back there again or any McDonald’s whatever. Customer Service unprofessionally. The manager Fatima began responding in a rude tone of voice saying "You have not been waiting 17 minutes!!" Instead of simply saying "I'm working on it" or anything other then calling me a liar. So I went in my phone and looked to see when I arrived and it was just about 17 minutes. So after she realized she was wrong she started saying it was my fault because i ordered it and wasnt at the store yet so she wouldn't get it ready. She continued to make excuses in her condensending tone when she could of handled the situation better a million other ways.
