Taqueria Cielito Lindo — Restaurant in Town of Riverhead

Terrible customer service very rude ladies that work here. I had fraud happen on my card last night for over $70 at this establishment when I called them to get the situation resolved because my bank said the transaction was still pending and the restaurant could reverse it but when I called the women that answered the phone was nice at first but then when I explain my situation to her she acted like she didn’t speak English(when she was just speaking to me in English) and then disconnected the call. I had enchiladas it was supposed to be chicken and cheese. There was no cheese however they were very good as was the rice and beans. My husband had the Cubano. He asked for it to be ham and it came with a hotdog, some kind of beef and chicken, avacado, queso, lettuce and tomato on a nice roll. He said it tasted good but wasn't what he expected either. We had salza and chips. The salza flavor was good but more like water than salza. My husband had a beer ($5.) I asked for a glass of water and received a bottle of water that they charged me $2.25 for. The women seemed to speak no English whatsoever but were nice enough. Today I figured to try this pretty new Mexican Restaurant at lunch time. The lady at the counter was friendly even if she fully didn’t understand how to converse in English. I ordered a sopas with chicken at 12:50 and there was only one other take out order which they were waiting on the bench. I have been in the culinary field many years and have never seen such slow preparation. They call it “ quick bites” at 1:24 to be exact I finally received my one order of food which is so basic to cook.
