Its decent coffee but as with any specialty coorporate chain, its overpriced. Sure, a small cup of regular coffee is less than a dollar but if youre in starbuck youre not looking for regular coffee. I pay a dollar and 9 cents for a 30oz cup of coffee at 7 11. My dollar coffee is a half french vanilla and half hot coco with 2 shots of caffeen 3 shots of french vanilla cream 2 handfulls of marshmellows and some powdered vanilla topping. One dollar. This same drink of comprable size at starbucks is no joke, 8 dollars. So...i mean...its even the same coffee. Same beans. Just not worth it. Youre paying not for coffee at starbucks but for the image your present drinking your hugely overpriced faux coffee while sitting in an overtly coorporate try hard at elegance cafe. Youre paying for the status and that status these days is uber prevelant in hipsters and melennials. Not as bad as the early 2000s if youre drinking coffee sitting in a starbucks pretending to read nitzche then youre not "pretending" to be a douche. You...
Read moreThis is not a complaint about the overworked baristas, this is about the incredibly small place that Starbucks is and is located in.
The coffee shop is too small with super long waiting lines especially the mobile orders.
The work area is cramped with the workers either waiting to complete a task or bumping into one another. Inventory seems to be placed inconveniently because of the cramped space.
The parking lot is obviously busy.so busy that finding a parking spot is improbable. If you do get to park (I suggest backing into it) getting out is chaotic. One to three cars will be waiting for the spot others will be raging at the cars blocking the other cars from finding or leaving other spaces. Another driver or two just leave the car to get their mobile order blocking in other drivers. They quickly come out twenty minutes later.
The place needs a better location with better parking and a...
Read moreDon't come here if you're wanting to walk out frustrated especially on your birthday.
I stopped by for a birthday drink. The male batista took my order, saw my fumble around the app, didn't ask if I have any questions. When I got back to ask why the charge didn't take out my birthday drink, he just insist on being right and did have a care in the world. A simple sorry for the confusion would suffice. The app truly is confusing. But he simply dismissive and said "she didn't tell me." He handed me the drinks without giving me the straw. And, yes, they're the drinks that require straw.
On a regular day, would have been negligible. But when I decided to stop by Starbucks out of my stressful birthday to get my drink to cheer me up, this is just frustrating. Zero star is for him. Four starts for the female barista who stepped in to sort out the confusion and the...
