I go to this location quite often. The quality in general is fine. The staff is usually friendly but they need to pay more attention. I have a dairy allergy, and I can not go through the drive-through because I've had too many experiences with my order getting made with dairy. I have to go inside and watch them make it. I also have a speech impediment, and the music inside the store is so ridiculously loud that the people taking the order can't fully hear me. I have resorted to showing them my typed out order on my phone with OATMILK and DAIRY ALLERGY in all caps and bold to avoid mistakes. I ordered two drinks the other day and sat down to wait for them and watch them be made to ensure I dont die. I watched as the person behind the counter poured whole milk into the blender, made the drinks, and then called my name. I told him they were supposed to be made with oatmilk, and he got annoyed. I looked at the sticker on the cup as he was angrily flinging things around to make new drinks. The person who rang up the order never put in oatmilk, even though it was in bold and caps right in front of them. I understand it wasn't the fault of the person making the drink, but I was treated as if it were my fault, and I do not appreciate being treated that way. Bottom line, if you want your drinks made right, maybe go to the location in target. They aren't much better, but if you're specific and detailed, you might have...
Read moreWhile I've also had good experiences at this store, lately it seems they aren't able to manage the volume of both drive-thru and mobile orders. I went to pick up my mobile order recently, and the staff was essentially ignoring everyone waiting to pick up their order. I eventually got their attention to give my name and was handed my two drinks and stepped back to wait for the breakfast sandwich I had also ordered. After 10 minutes of being ignored again, I mentioned to one of the baristas that I'd also ordered a sandwich. He pointed to one that had been sitting in an open bag the entire time and asked if that was mine (as if I would've had any way of knowing that). He proceeded to say that it had been ready the whole time but that they had lost the label for it, as if that was somehow my fault. Not wanting to cause a scene, I took the sandwich (which was by that point cold and nearly inedible) and left. I totally understand that the store is busy at peak times, but at the very least, they could've apologized and offered to give me a new sandwich that hadn't been sitting out for 20 minutes instead of acting as if it was my fault that I didn't instinctively know it was mine...
Read moreI was pretty disappointed with my last visit to this location. Normally I wouldn't write a review, but something like this had never happened before lol 3 stars for the kindness of service, otherwise would be a 2.
Firstly, I'm a former partner so I know how things go and I'm super patient especially on weekends. This time I ordered a Cinnamon Caramel Cream Nitro Cold Brew with 1/2 the syrup and 2 pumps sugar free vanilla. I received the Cold Brew Version with full pumps of each flavor lol. No big deal, I'll workout longer at the gym
The second drink was supposed to be an Iced Coffee with Toffee Nut and light cream. I received an iced coffee with no syrup and lots of cream.
Taking my losses upon leaving, I asked for a water with no ice. Which they then proceeded to pack with ice lol.
If it was busy, I'd understand a couple of mistakes. But I was one of two people in the store and the drive thru was maybe 5 - 6 cars.
No malice to the crew. They are lovely and have usually been great. I was just pretty disappointed with this visit and may actually head to Albany next time instead (I'm...
