Stopped here yesterday during the day for a drink, the younger lady who took our order was friendly. They're busy here so I'm aware it can be stressful. When we got my drink I realized I didn't get a straw. We're from Pennsylvania and I know straw laws are different in other places. My husband went up to ask for a straw, saying excuse me to another customer who was waiting for her drink. The older woman asks "can I help you?" almost my like husband was bothering her, not supposed to be there. She may not have realized he had just ordered a drink and received it, you know a customer. He says yes do you have straws, she's like yeah, he says could I have one please...completely matching her rude, bad attitude with opposite. She takes a straw, goes right past him and when he goes to take it says "wait a second, this isn't for you" and hands it to the other customer...listen, I get it. She may think my husband was feeling "entitled" to get his straw, for his drink, that he ordered, before this other customer but that's an inside issue for her. If she reads this she might know exactly what I'm talking about, or she doens't and she's just a rude old lady working at a Starbucks in the mall (nothing wrong with that) and feeling like crapping on other people. We had no problem waiting for a straw but make points on your own time. Whatever moment she was having came across weird, rude and just dumb. Congratulations on trying to prove point and looking stupid. The coffee was pretty...
Read moreOn Tuesday, April 15 around 5:15 PM, I walked up to the Starbucks inside Target. I wasnât greeted, which didnât bother me too muchâI just went ahead and placed my coffee order. I asked a simple question while I was pulling up my Starbucks app, and the barista asked me something about a Target membership. I told her I didnât have one, and instead of clearly explaining anything, she just kept repeating, âNot now, not now, not now.â
The thing isâI wasnât even at the payment step yet. I was still in the process of opening my Starbucks app to scan for points, so I wasnât looking at the payment screen at all. I had no idea what she was talking about. Rather than saying something helpful like, âIf you donât have a Target card, just hit ânot nowâ on the screen,â she just kept repeating herself in a rude and dismissive tone.
The interaction was so unpleasant that I ended up walking away before my mouth said something Iâd regret. I was just looking for a little pick-me-up, and instead I left feeling frustrated and honestly disgusted by the lack of basic courtesy and...
Read moreI hate to be blunt with my review but this place was genuinely terrible, the atmosphere was pretty clean except for the employees phones on the counters. the service was awful the moment i walked in there, i greeted the staff, was met with a nasty look after i interrupted her phone time, and a âare you ready to orderâ as the service continued i was nothing but kind to the staff despite the introduction yet again i was met with very poor service? i simply walked over to the pick up counter to wait for my drink and she saw i was over there and still placed it in front of her on the front counter and did not say a single word or looked up at me, again, she went on her phone so i walked over, picked it up and told her to have a great day and she looked up and then looked back down at her phone. i started drinking the matcha and it still had a lot of matcha clumps and it had a black hair in it⌠pretty much was a waste of 6.54, crazy how you can spend that much on a small drink and still get terrible service and a...
