Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Town of Wilton

The woman that works at the Wilton location is a very miserable and mean person. There are no name tags so I couldn’t tell you who. My children were standing with their father in line and got a little close to the guests in front of them and she yelled very rudely at my children. Instead of saying it nicely which I was about to say it anyway she had the nerve to yell at my children. She is the most rudest employee I ever saw. You want business you may want to hire employees with good customer service skills. I will never go to one of these stores again. You don’t yell at children especially when they are young and have done...

The pretzels are great. But the means to keep up with production is severely lacking. It took me 4 attempts to actually get the cinnamon bite sized pretzels. 2 times someone bought the last one in the time span of 20 minutes. Another 20 minutes waited and they burnt the tray and finally got 1 regular one after another 20 minutes waiting. But yet again it was the last one left. Luckily I was able to get it instead of seeing someone else buy them right before me.

Again good pretzels just really needs to figure out the production problem. I go here when I bring my kid to the play place and there is really nothing else to...

The Best Ever!!!! Always fresh, extremely delicious, and Always a great variety!!! The staff here are absolutely the greatest!! Though everyone is nice, Ashley, Kody, Amber, and Erin, are always smiling and ready to make your day/lunch a really fun experience! Thank You all so much for having the best Customer Service that I've seen in a long, time.

P.S I also would like to say that they should be allowed to get tips. Most of the staff are in college or plan on going to college and it could really help them...
