DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION! IT'S A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! My iced coffee tasted like water flavored coffee yesterday, I asked for vanilla but there was absolutely no flavor. I've complained about this location before but it obviously doesn't matter because they haven't changed. I've contacted Dunkin about this location numerous times, the 1st time they told me that the next time I went there I would get a free coffee but that never happened. I never got it because I have pretty bad anxiety and try to minimize my contact with strangers, plus the employees at this location usually have an attitude so I'm literally too nervous to even ask about it. I contacted Dunkin again yesterday but I'm still waiting for a response. This location doesn't care at all about providing what a customer orders. They just throw together whatever is easiest and rush you out of the drive thru. They don't care if you ordered coffee with extra sugar or flavor or a specific amount of cream, they just dump liquids together and pass it out. When I went yesterday there were four cars in the drive thru already and one more pulled in behind me. I'm 99% sure that the staff literally watered down the coffee so they wouldn't have to make more and they could get rid of the customers. I'm so disappointed with this location. It's the closest one to my house and I love Dunkin, I go at least once a week (I drive out of my way on a regular basis just so I can go to other Dunkin locations) and I have the app, but this location sucks and they don't care. I shouldn't have to taste my iced coffee immediately after they hand it to me just so I can park my car and bring it inside to have it replaced because it tastes gross. I go through the drive thru for a reason, I don't want to go inside. I didn't taste my coffee immediately yesterday and when I did I was already more than halfway home. I didn't want to (and I shouldn't have to) turn around and go all the way back to ask again to have my order made correctly. If you have the ability/choice to go to a different location you should avoid this one, you'll leave disappointed with disgusting coffee...

I ordered a mobile order 10 mins prior to picking it up. My coffee came out and was sitting on the counter. He made it a point to say ā can you waitā wait for what my coffee was made and on the counter itās not like I went behind the counter to make it myself. I was floored that he spoke to me that way. I still needed to wait for my donuts which was fine but since my coffee was done I wanted to drink it while I waited. When my donuts came out the girl who gave them to me was so sweet(mind you they were placed in the same spot as my coffee) I grabbed them and she apologized for not realizing they were mine. I said itās okay I should have to wait anyways. The miserable middle aged man said something snarky back to me about next time(I didnāt catch the actual sentence) if your working with the public maybe leave your attitude at the door or donāt work there. Itās your job and you chose to do it. I was never rude until your employee made the rude remark which he probably would have been better...

You ask for a bagel they'll give you one giant glob of cream cheese on on half of the half. Force you to use your finger to smear the cream cheese around cause they didn't give you a knife for their screw up/lack of common Sense and laziness. Mean while charging you for extra cream cheese but only giving you one then refusing to refund the extra 1.75 you spent for something you didn't get. I'll also get into how rude they are. NO drive through personnel should ever ask that's it? And then suck their teeth. Point is, this Dunkin is terrible and the management don't seem to keep their employees in check. Pure laziness.
