Wanted to try this new place, hoping for a great experience because I love P.F. Chang’s. Entered the restaurant, nice pleasant atmosphere clean people seemed happy ordering process was seamless very similar to chipotle I would think too similar picked up my food for her to go headed out to my car since I was on a work break didn’t have much time started eating the food right then and there my first bite was cold not lukewarm but cold. I reached down to the bottom of the bowl. stir the rice up. Maybe it was just cold on the top of the very bottom of the rice was cold. The chicken was diced into small pieces and very dry and again not warm not hot but Cold. I proceeded to walk back into the restaurant ask for the manager explained to her that food was cold. Her first response was that the teriyaki sauce was cold and that once it pours it on the food, it chills it down a little bit. I thought that was an excuse. I explained to her that I went to the bottom of the bowl and the rice was cold. the chicken was cold so she proceeded to get someone to remake my bowl once the ball was remade. She apparently got chicken from the back burner in a wok and again I opened it up just to taste it and of course they got the rice wrong. I had white rice. They gave me brown rice that was here or there. At least it was hot or at least I would say warm so I have them put the sauce on the side went back out to my car to start eating and again the chicken was a lot warmer, but not hot And the chicken was extremely dry. It must have been sitting in the wok Way too long. The whole times on your food on the front counter and the whole time on the food inside your cooking utensils needs to be shortened a lot due to this experience. I don’t feel it necessary to come back to your restaurant ever again if this is the procedures of what you follow Serving lukewarm or cold food it’s just not appetizing. My check number was 1039314. It was at 2:42 in the afternoon and I spent $15.51 on a very...

Honest opinion:

The food here just does not hit, it’s basic Chinese food but I get better quality and flavor from my local spot at home. It’s no better than the other 2 Chinese food spots in market hall. The actual PF Chang’s in Nanuet has more flavor but at a higher price.

Myself and friend Ordered 3 meals with each of the bases and 6 random mains. We even got all the sauces they had to offer.

The food was actually pretty wallet friendly but it lacked the flavor we expected.

The jasmine rice was hard and clumpy for some parts- not sure if it just wasn’t washed properly or mixed once it was cooked. The friend rice and Lo mein just tasted salty. I also wouldn’t consider anything to be “spicy” as it was presented. I wouldn’t say it was bland but we weren’t impressed.

We got barley Luke warm from the time they portioned it to the time we sat at the table a few minutes later. Since it is and express concept everything is cooked and brought over to warmers until it is served.

The eggs rolls and sauce they recommended (tasted like basic Sriracha Mayo) had the most flavor but even those went from an air fryer to a heat lamp so not very warm at all.

For the chicken mains we got they had a ton of fatty pieces so it’s thigh meat that isn’t well trimmed. The beef was super thin but also very dry on the meat itself. The peppers and onions weren’t terrible but we had some pieces bigger than the protein they gave.

The staff were energetic and friendly but it was opening day so that’s to be expected. They also had a live DJ today, that sounds great except it was so loud walking by to get inside that we almost changed our minds.

The location itself is very nice inside, so it’s presented well. The bathrooms were very cute though so that’s a plus!

It’s definitely a new option for the Commons but it’s the 4th resturant...

I had a very unpleasant experience at Woodbury common outlets location . One of the employees made a mistake and overcharged me on my bill. He later admitted that it was his error, but when I brought it to the manager’s attention, she showed no concern and refused to resolve the issue.

I had paid in cash and showed her the receipt, but she dismissed it by saying, “This is not your receipt.” That made me feel as if she was questioning my honesty in front of my three children. On top of that, she instructed her employees not to speak to me.

When I tried to return a dish because it had pepper in it (my daughter is allergic), instead of helping, she threw the plate away and refused to issue a refund. The situation escalated to the point where she threatened to call the police, saying that not even the police could make her give me my money back. She did call them, and I was left without a solution.

This was extremely upsetting, especially being there with my kids. All I wanted was for them to correct their own mistake, but instead, I was treated with disrespect, humiliation, and no regard for my daughter’s allergy. This experience was unacceptable and very disappointing.

I already submitted this complaint on the P.F. Chang’s website but have not received...

If I could rate 0 stars I would!!! WARNING!! Avoid this place at all costs. This was the worst dining experience we’ve ever had. My sister in law and I went here with her kids and got charged more than double what the menu said dishes listed for $6 came out at $15 each. It was just rice and steak. The steak was spicy. The one year old baby that was there could not eat anything with pepper. When I complained, the cashier admitted it was their mistake, but the manager refused to refund us or replace the plates that were spicy. Instead of correcting their error, they humiliated us by calling the police in front of the children just to kick us out. This is not just bad service, it’s theft and abuse. Customers deserve honesty and respect, not lies and intimidation. This place is outright fraud. P.F. Chang’s corporate needs to address this immediately. We will not stop until we get a fair resolution.

Daniel is an amazing server at McKinney Pagoda. I was able to place my order and even sample a couple of items I wasn’t sure about and get my plate within a couple of minutes. The value is great, prices for plates and bowls are similar to the competitors like Panda Express, but the food đŸ„˜ is so much better using P.F. Chang’s recipes. Pagoda is a sub-chain of P.F. Chang’s Asian cuisine, and although the menu is scaled down to cater to students and professional on the go or on a budget, the taste and flavors you come to love about P.F. Chang’s is all there, just in a faster paced restaurant and shorter menu. I will absolutely be back since the nearest P.F. Chang’s is in The Colony Greatscape, and my lunches are only about 30mins- 1hr. this is the perfect blend of quality food at affordable prices with quick service as a bonus.
