I cannot say enough good things about A&S in Jefferson Valley. They catered my son's 1st birthday party. The staff could not have been nicer. The quantity for the price was at a phenomenal ratio. Most of the time catered food is outright bad, let alone not memorable. Numerous people complimented me on how good the food was - mostly in awe because, again, they never had such good "catered" food, especially at a baby's birthday party. They provided the sturnos, etc, though the food was hot when I picked it up. They were also so nice and said if we ran out of food, they'd come right by with whatever we needed. If you know A&S, then you already know how this review is about to go! A&S is BY FAR THE BEST Italian deli ANYWHERE. Their Italian Combo is absolutely perfect and their chicken club sandwich is amazing! Don't get me started on their hot food! Or their meats! You can't go wrong with anything in there! That's no lie. Need catering? Call A&S.. their catering is on point - with great portions. Little pricey in general and catering but honestly well worth it. Not too much more than any other deli but the quality supercedes them all. 👌🏽 I recommend getting any sandwich on a hero as it is only $1 more than a club roll and it will literally serve as 2 meals....

Best Italian pork store in the area. I go sometimes just to see the selection. Helpful staff that really moves the customers through: if you don't want to be there for more than 5 minutes, you don't have to: They are so quick with service. But if you want to stay and just look around, that's fine too.

Italian, yes, but broadly Mediterranean in some regards, with specialty food and drink from further east.
