Carvel — Restaurant in Town of Yorktown

I go here on the regular, very inconsistent portions and customer service. I just got a small shake, which in recent times they reduced the size of the cups. I wasn't expecting a medium or large portion in a small cup. Typically, I get whipped cream, which will be topped with an expanded clear cap. The young person forgot the whipped cream as it had a flat lid, so I asked for the whipped cream, then I was handed the same cup and regular lid, which whipped cream was added to. The shake felt awfully light. So, I gave the benefit of the doubt to the ice cream server. Been to this Carvel several times this past month. Every time, the people behind the counter give you attitude and seem unhappy with their lives. The most recent visit, the girl helping us stopped working to gossip with a fellow non-working employee about another employee in the back room. When there is a long line, take care of the customers, and then gossip after they are gone. And there is no quality control in the amount of ice cream is given in ice cream cones. This carvel is horrible. I have no clue where they hire these people. When ever I get a sundae dasher they always mess up. It is always either they fill the cup half way or forget to put the right items in. Today was even worse! I ordered there new cookie dough dasher and they gave me a brownie cookie dough dasher with caramel. I HATE caramel. That is why I order the plain cookie dough dasher.
