Will I ever go there again, that would be a NO!

Please tell me if asking for TWO SEPARATE ORDERS of Shrimp Tempura lunch specials is difficult?? So that would be an order for myself and an order for a friend. I would get TWO ROLLS and my friend would get TWO ROLLS of his own. Then everyone would be happy right??? WRONG!!!

The young lady at the counter could not simply understand what I was asking for. She wanted to basically put ALL the rolls in one container, but that is not how we wanted them! For Christ Sake’s! It’s not hard!!

I should have just had my friend come in the restaurant and order his own and that would have just made more sense I guess.

So it’s MY fault I guess for asking for two orders for two people! Guess you can’t do that there!!

Nevertheless, I just politely asked for a refund and I was then Shushed away as if I was more of an annoyance to them. I was very calm and polite but whoever the older woman was, was very condescending,

Guess it’s a reason why I had never gone to this Sushi restaurant before and I will continue to go to Sushi Ichiban. Where I should have gone in the...

Went here on my lunch break! Spent 5-minutes talking with the young lady at the register asking which dishes were COOKED! I informed her this was my first visit to the restaurant and wasn’t familiar with the dishes but had a taste for some COOKED “sushi.” She finally suggested an avocado bowl stuffed with crabmeat type dish. I agreed on the dish. They hand me my food and there’s a huge pile of crabmeat alongside a huge pile of raw TUNA!! I asked to exchange for something cooked. There were about 4women behind the register 2were nice, the other 2seemed agitated with me that I didn’t want to take the RAW food. One even said “you didn’t look at the menu?!” Needless to say they gave me attitude and hesitated about exchanging the dish. They took the dish to the guy preparing the food who gave me a dirty look. They exchanged the dish but they way they made me feel I was too afraid to eat the food. I will not be returning to this restaurant, they may actually have good food but I will never know! I won’t be returning. I felt...

My fiance and I visited this Friday(4/13) and had a mixed experience. To start, the food was delicious, especially the sushi! Where we had trouble was our server( according to the receipt, Sandy 2) was terrible, all around us we witnessed it and experienced it first hand. Sandy was not attentive to any of her tables each and every one of her customers had to track her to to try and accomplish something i.e, order, refills or a check. I even made eye contact with her several times and that was not enough to get her attention. We ordered an appetizer and we didn't even get it until after two plates of sushi, which both of them were mine and my fiance hadn't even gotten hers yet(they were sitting on the counter for over 10 minutes) when the beef skewers came that were cold! We were there well before the rush and nobody in her seating area seemed satisfied. I was greatly disappointed as this was my first visit and many of my friends rave about...

Oh my gosh, this is now my go to sushi place! I went there last night with my friends as we wanted to eat good food but not spend a ton.The prices were amazingly cheap as we all paid separately. I ordered sashimi pieces with a spicy tuna roll and the fish quality has to be the best, the ikura was the real deal and all the pieces just melted in my mouth, honestly way better than the other sushi restaurants i’ve visited. My friend ordered the Godzilla Roll and he said it’s better quality than the restaurant he goes to frequently (fyi the sushi he got at Sushi Hana was at a cheaper price yet way better in comparison.) My other friend got 2 rolls that the waitress recommended and he said she made the right choice :)). Not to mention that the wait was quick and the decor was stunning (my friends liked the anime decor as well). This place is perfect for college students or families who want to eat good sushi on a budget.

Without exaggeration this was the worst sushi I’ve ever had in my life. The rolls, which had been left under a heat lamp, were three times the size of any sushi roll I’ve ever seen - filled with tasteless, overcooked, extremely chewy rice & accompanied by tasteless, overcooked seafood. My wife & I ordered an array of dishes- not one of them tasted any different then the other. With complete honesty, you could get sushi magnitudes better from any grocery store. Let that sink in before you choose to spend any money here. The only reason we paid is because this was literally our first meal out since the the pandemic began, and we couldn’t bring ourselves to leave. The single caveat to this meal was that the waitress was friendly, timely and courteous - and she was tipped well for being so.
