Updated 11/26 after previous review 11/20. Returned to restaurant for dinner Sat, 11/25. Big shout out and many thanks to server Sherri, Alonda, and whomever in kitchen prepared my turkey dinner Sat night 11/25...sorry for forgot name of gentleman who prepared the meal...but i did say thanks to him Sat night before i left....I think his first name begins with V....one of all time best turkey dinners i've ever had! Table service was exceptionally prompt and attentive; food was absolutely outstanding in every way!
Many thanks, kudos, and shoutouts to restaurant owner for their prompt response to my prior post, and general manager Karen for quickly making overdue corrections and adjustments to help greatly improve food, service, and overall experience for this long time Denny's customer since early 1970s...
Please continue caring for and supporting all the great people at this location that really care for all customers, and always make every effort to help deliver an outstanding dining experience for customers every time. Yash, Romero, Alonda, Sherri, Rachel, Kitchen Staff, and Karen...THANKS for all you do everyday doing whatever it takes to help build and sustain an outstanding dining experience for customers every time!

Poor quality food, diminished portion sizes, slow service, inattentive staff/management, no sense of urgency, dirty tables, and overall poor general management. After quickly being seated at table as usual, waited 20+ minutes for someone to greet me and bring water to table Sat afternoon, 11/18 while in plain sight of restaurant manager and other staff. Walked out. Some server staff members remain excellent and outstandingly well attentive including Yash, Romero, and Alonda. Kitchen staff Elelli and Juan also excellent. Mushy mashed potatoes and turkey stuffing. Popular items including broccoli continue being removed from menu. Too many recent disappointments about this restaurant experience bringing this long time patron who travels frequently for business across country via airlines to not return any time soon to...
Read moreIt's Dennys on a Sunday. Great for a quick breakfast. Was in and out within 35 minutes. Server Linda is the best as she is very kind with a hustle and personality, which brings me joy and inspiration. Not sure what was up with the young lady who cashed me out. I arrived at the counter, and there was no one there. A family of 4 walked up behind me, and she reached past me to cash them out first. That was curious. My bill came to $10.81, and I gave her $21.01, which I thought she was going to short circuit trying to figure out the change. I played the jeopardy music in my head for further amusement. I must remember when coming up against individuals some 4 decades younger they are quick with technology but slow when ciphering. I'm the opposite. All good though. I understand (d)evolution as I grew up turning in soda pop bottles and counting change, whereas many of them are swiping debit cards at 12 yrs of age. But like I said It's Dennys on a Sunday. I usually go for a quick, affordable meal, Linda's Great service, and to watch the other servers who are awesome with each of the regulars whom they know by name. Would have rated higher for food but this day the scrambled eggs were a little runny and the link sausage were of questionable quality. Ohh and they recently changed the menu which miffs me because I have to figure out a new value meal (practicing for retirement) especially if I forget to specifically ask for the "other" menu which has different deals, but you must request it. Go figure! But yet again, Linda came to my rescue. See y'all...
Read moreAdding to this review!!..on 10/13/24..we went to see if dennys had fixed some issues they had in the past but oh boy its gotten worse..This time its the new management!! WARNING!!! WATCH FOR THE HIDDEN CHARGES!!..new management charges for everything that used to or should be free!! Napkins, each additional napkin is 5 cents!!..The mayo that I wanted for my hamburger was $1.00!!! The ranch dressing is now 1.49!! Coffee creamers is now charged!!, Per waitress, current employee's are quiting under this new management because they to feel these charges are absurd!!!..by dennys..were donecwirh this dennys!!..This poor denny's is falling and falling hard..I'm not sure if it's because it's under staffed or the employees there just don't care...We had went for early breakfast and as we walked in we noticed the place seemed deserted!! To a point where I almost had to call the police to investigate if everything was ok..after about 10 minutes employees started coming from the back and asked us to sit wherever but the thing is every table was dirty with dishes from a previous customer!!! The clean tables were blocked off so we.cleaned our own table..employees there looked over worked and underpaid..not a happy place...please corporate help this store..Tracy does not have to many late night...
