Your website isn't working and won't allow either of us to submit our complaint there. So please don't direst us there. It won't work.
We're going to stop coming here for awhile to give some time for employees to get retained or just some new employees altogether. We were just in today (Thursday) just before 5 and an older lady with medium length blonde hair was extremely rude. Just a few things to point out... She splattered mayo all over and sprayed it on one of our phones. Instead of apologizing and offering a napkin she said, "it does that some times." She knew it got on our stuff too.
She made mistakes on the two customer orders ahead of us. When requested the mistakes to be fixed, she got more visible angry.
Of course, she made a mistake on our food as well. Our number 12 beach club was put on slim bread and none of the items fit on the sandwich because of it. It was wrapped with the items sitting next to the bread. Asking for it to be remade was a whole ordeal and when she "fixed it" she broke apart the slim bread to force the toppings on the bread, totally ruining the sandwich. I wanted to ask for a refund, but I didn't want to deal with the extreme rudeness of that lady. There was no leader that stepped in, making me wonder if she was the manager.... Which...
Read moreVery poor customer service and food! I ordered one of their Giant Clubs....so, not giant. The pictured version came on a wheat or multi-grain bread and the one I received was on their (hard as a rock) Italian bread. I could barely chew through it. This is the second time we have ordered through this company and had problems with them. The owner came in to our work place and lectured one of our employees on camera, about why the bread was hard, granted she brought coupons and cookies, she was very unprofessional. We went to use a free sub card which, does state on it that it is not for delivery, however we were ordering other food so, didn't think it would be a big deal to have the free sub dropped off with our other order. Boy, we were wrong. I got a call back from the owner and she stated that they could not deliver the free sandwich. It was a big inconvenience for me because, with it being on my debit card, I had to leave work, go get my vehicle (because I walked to work today) and drive to pick it up. Read moreUpdate as of 8/8: So I'm updating this review because the manager reached out and gave a credit and was super helpful. My beef is now exclusively with Doordash who refused to correct this even though they were the only ones who could. Like I said, mistakes happen and if I hadn't been having a pretty crappy day already, I would've found the situation pretty funny lol I appreciate the quick response from JJs! I'll be ordering through the app or by phone in future!
Original review: They forgot the bacon in my BLT... One of 3 named ingredients in the entire damn sandwich and they forgot it lol I understand mistakes happen but when I tried to resolve this with Doordash, I was only given back half the amount of the $20 GIANT BLT minus the B. The restaurant just said to work with Doordash so now I'm out $10 because someone else screwed up?
Also added things to my chicken caesar wrap that I didn't ask for. Just a mess overall. Won't be ordering this way...
