9:15-9:30 pm Your drive thru was wrapped so I went inside, no greeting the friends at the counter saw me and stopped laughing and abandoned the counter, I waited, after a minute the guy behind the counter stepped to the register and asked how he could help me, I understood him fine, I told him I wanted a chalupa he interrupted me and pointed to the tablets…
2 things in restaurant service are important customer service and accountability. Remember I said that.
He said understandably Taco Bell orders on the tablet and LJS orders on the counter, I said well I came into the restaurant and I don’t order in tablets when I can order face to face, I prefer customer service, his English became incomprehensible, it sounded like it was Spanish and English but that he was trying to pretend he didn’t understand me,
Esta bien hace dúo lingo todos los días,
I asked if there was a manager, he said “Que?” I said “Un manager por favor” He pointed at himself so I asked his name and he choked up “I don’t know.” So I asked the girls in the back for the store managers name, and she replied Gregorio, and I asked for the store number and she gave me the store number on a receipt.
I don’t know the shift managers name but my customer service and accountability requirement says you promoted the wrong employee, the woman in the grill needs a promotion, and your manager is rude lazy and an $&^*$&@
If I wanted to use a tablet I’d have ordered door dash, let’s start getting back to a place where you value the people that walk through your doors again.
I can stop using this establishment...
Read moreThis Taco Bell needs to be shut down. They are either closing early, limiting the amount of items you can order, AND/OR they forget half of your order. They sure don't forget to charge you for it though. This franchise exercises their right to charge more than other locations, but the quality and service is less than mediocre. The ONLY positive thing I have to say about this location is that they offer the full menu at 7:30 am, which is great for graveyard folks. Although the staff isn't friendly and not a single person will look you in the eye, I would be more than happy to trade this "customer service" for ONE correct order. This is absolutely the last time I go to this location. You cannot blame "Covid" for this issue. The problem is a lack in leadership mixed with a generation entering the workforce, who have been coddled to the point of no return. Shame on the franchisee and manager for allowing themselves to be represented in such a way. With minimum wage at an all time high ( I imagine that's what you pay) I am SHOCKED that you can't hire more qualified staff. It doesn't take a high school diploma to roll a torilla , count change, or sweep a lobby. This speaks volumes to the kind of people you are...
Read moreAbsolutely terrible customer service, and HORRIBLE management. When I called to inform the store that had sent a burrito with plastic inside it, mixed in with the beef the managers reaction was to Hang up the phone. Not to mention when I called back she lied and told me that she did not hang up the phone, then proceed to tell me to hold on and set the phone down. I did acknowledge the fact that my order was down through door dash, and if I wanted any compensation out of it to go through them ( which I already did inform them about via my review of delivery). I just wanted to inform the actual store that they had messed up, and the type of food that I had received, but instead of listen to what I had to say I was hung up on. This is not the first bad experience here be had here, quite frankly every time I’ve gone here it’s been nothing but bad, from the food itself to the customer service. I know that working fast food is tough, I did it for three years, but that is no excuse to treat other people poorly. ESPECIALLY when they have been nothing but pleasant. So basically what I’m trying to say is just go to the taco-bell by the highway or on burnside, and save your self...
