Have you ever noticed that every coffee place has there own special menu. And special words and that if your used to one coffee place and you go to a new coffee place and try to use the same words from your old coffee place at your new coffee shop they don't respond and do what you expect them do with your drinks like the old coffee shop did so it leads to frustration!! And your thinking its a coffee shop they should be universal with there language but NO there not!!

So that was my frustration here and this Very Compassionate Manager here was helping me thru messenger messages. And I give this place a 5 star because the Manager really cares about there business and making sure the customers understand and are happy and when a order is wrong they try to fix it and Thank you for taking time to teach me too 😁.

4/10/22 Today we went there and I’m trying to loose weight for a up coming surgery so I needed to drink sugar free and I asked them if they had fruit flavored sugar free and they said yes that was exciting to hear cause the coffee shop down in wood village doesn’t. So she named a few like strawberry, peach, raspberry, and a few others. So I got a sugar free peach Italian soda no milk with whip cream and I just have to say how delicious it was!! I couldn’t even tell it was sugar free!! And I can give up milk but I still love my whip cream and a little won’t hurt me lol lol. I even thanked them for having sugar free fruit. My husband had Carmel blonder sugar free and he used milk substitute almond milk. And he liked his. ...

I ordered a large Carmel Blondie blended with whip cream and extra caramel drizzle. I normally drink half and freeze it for the next day. I have been noticing that Black rock has been being cheap with the whip cream and with the caramel and I wanted to see what they would do with an order of extra drizzle.

What a joke!!! The extra drizzle was like normal caramel drizzle for other places!!! And I got charged $7.50 for this drink. Absolutely Pathetic!! You guys should be ashamed of yourself!!!

Starbucks gives way more Carmel than that for regular caramel and when you ask for double it’s dripping caramel and the whip cream is full!! And Milton’s coffee is packed full of whip cream and has lots of caramel on the side. The staff at this location are so great, and I normally have a very good experience. This past weekend 4/9/21-4/10/21 evening shift 1845-1905, it took 15-20 minutes— both nights—to get through the drive-up line. The speaker box was not in use, and staff was taking orders at the window. I work across the street, gave myself 15 minutes to get a coffee and was still late to work on both nights as there is no way to leave your drive-thru in the event of a long, time-consuming line, and especially after knowing they aren’t taking orders at the speaker which makes for a lengthy experience.
