Expected a lot more for a new location. Brought our 9 and 10yr old niece and nephew for their birthdays today and they were bored in minutes. They had more fun in the toddler area than anything else which seemed to be the go-to place for anyone under 13 to play. The zip line and king of the hill area were closed. The staff (2 for the whole park) were teenagers on their phones and did not assist or instruct the little ones around them with the activity areas. Kids were going down the slides and hurting their legs from not being told to use mats. Teenagers were sitting in the way and claiming large areas of the jump spaces without being told to keep jumping or move along. Little ones would jump off the tall platforms and lay under the jump area so others would jump on them. Very understaffed and hands off. I've been to several other trampoline parks and this one is by far the least safe due to their apparent fear of enforcing rules and safety measures. The actual trampoline space is very small considering how many kids and teens are allowed in at once (no restrictions so it gets very crowded). There is more basketball space than trampolines. We eventually needed water for the kids and the staff at the food bar even walked to the far side to avoid taking our order as we approached until they'd finished their conversation with their friend who was leaving his shift. Trash all over the eating areas. Definitely won't be back.

This is a new park, but it’s already starting to show some signs of poor maintenance by the employees, make sure you walk the floor and ensure the kids are having a safe place to have fun, you’ll need to straighten some mats, ensure the balloon balls are Velcro to the floor properly and in king of the hill that the young kids are not playing in the way of the big kids. Also it’s small so make sure the play is not too close to the edge as I’ve witnessed kids falling into the surrounding floor. The kids working do not have the training or the confidence to tell their friends to be careful, and not all parents are monitoring 6 and younger kids. My son LOVES SkyZone and I love taking him to play and exercise almost every day. It’s great aside from the warnings above. I believe the supervisors are doing their best to train the staff in a new place it sometimes takes a minute to update processes. I did not expect the pizza to be so good😳 no joke, I could have eaten a whole pie by myself, I’ve had to be careful not to order one every time we go! But enjoy it, they have a tasty product. Overall I’m not changing my rating, I think this is just like a public pool, I think above all the most important thing is safety and if the lifeguards are not fully involved it’s a matter of time before a serious incident arises. It might be a good idea to take staff cell phones while they work the floor. Just a suggestion.

I went to SkyZone on 4/17/2024 from 7:30 PM - 9:30 PM. I went with two other people, all adults. We were pointed at, laughed at and had a remark made about us by a group of staff. All staff lacks name tags so there is no way of identifying an individual. Our bag was then taken with phones, house keys, car keys, Military ID, Social Security card, Drivers Licenses, Debit cards, Credit Cards and School IDs. There are pay-to-lock lockers but they were never pointed out by staff and they are hard to see, so we were unaware that they existed at the time. The manager did not find the bag in the lost and found and was VERY unhelpful, no offer to take down names/numbers, no looking at cameras or communicating the situation with staff. The next morning we went back in and a new manager looked at the security cameras. Conveniently enough the camera in that corner was "not working" at the time. There is enough reason to suspect it could've been an employee or friend of employee. See photos below of the section that items were stolen from. As for the facilities, they're fine. About what you'd expect for a trampoline park. A portion of the activities were closed, slightly dirty. But it was ok. Overall we felt very unsafe and unwelcome.

This place is dangerous for the littles. Not like, sign the waiver in case my kid twists an ankle on the trampoline dangerous, but, my two year old got stuck at the neck in the gate into the toddler zone and had to wait for me to walk the entire length of the building twice to get him loose because somebody thought it was a good idea to barricade the toddler area entrance from the rest of the activities.

Bad enough, but then the fencing for the toddler area is just incomplete enough, that the toddlers can come and go as they please through the far corner of the toddler zone, making it only necessary for the parents to traverse the entire building, twice, to get to the rest of the activities, or to the ball of 5 tumbling toddlers who, and I wish I were exaggerating, went rolling out the gap in a clawing, hitting ball of brawling tots, leaving myself and three other moms carrying baby siblings to, yes, walk through the gate, past the lockers and the check-in counter, through the food services, around the benches and then back to the other side of the building to untangle our kiddos.

Oh, and whatever you do, when you need to sit to nurse your infant and all the standard black couches are full, do not sit in one of the many empty pay-per-minute massage chairs. An alarm will sound in the entire area until you get up.

And in the, only a nuisance category, this particular sky zone chose to place an arcade’s worth of pay-to-play video games right in the middle of the activity zones. Gone are the days when we can forget the games at the entrance and spend our time getting our wiggles out.

I’m not one to leave a bad review, but since I needed to write most of this up for the process of disputing the charge, as I was told they could not refund my membership to a facility that is not safe for my child, I figured I might as well give other parents of...

We had the BEST time at Sky Zone! My kids ran, jumped, flipped, and laughed nonstop for hours — it was pure joy from start to finish. It’s the perfect place for them to burn off energy, stay active, and most importantly, get off their screens and just have fun being kids again.

The facility is clean, bright, and well-organized, with plenty of space for everyone to play safely. I was impressed with how attentive and friendly the staff were — they kept an eye on things, made sure everyone was safe, and still encouraged all the kids to have fun and be creative with their jumps. You can tell they genuinely enjoy working with families and kids.

There are so many different activities that kept everyone entertained — from the trampoline courts to the foam pits, dodgeball games, and basketball hoops. My kids loved being able to try everything at their own pace, and it was great to see them challenging themselves while having such a blast.

What I love most about Sky Zone is that it’s a fun experience for all ages. Whether you’re there with little ones or teens, everyone finds something they love. The environment is upbeat, energetic, and full of laughter — it’s impossible not to smile watching everyone bounce around.

We’ll definitely be coming back soon, and I’m already recommending it to all my friends and family. It’s the perfect place for a family outing, birthday party, or weekend treat. Sky Zone is not just fun — it’s a place that brings people together through movement, laughter, and pure energy.

If you’re looking for a way to get your kids active and smiling for hours, Sky Zone is absolutely the...

12/27/2023 Please note that I have called and left a message; have called several times today and no answer. Called 5 different Sky Zones trying to get through to anyone of them. Finally got through to one in IL - asked for corporate number. Was told can only email. Here is what happened last night: 2 Tickets were purchased for 90 minutes for my son and his girlfriend for the 7pm time which was basically $60,00. When they arrived they paid the $3.00 fee for a locker. After about 10 minutes of their allotted time the fire alarm went off and everyone was exited out. When they left they also got their items from their locker. While everyone was waiting outside, employees were at the door saying loudly that everyone just needed to leave(even though they had also said that there was no apparent threat and thought that either the alarm had been pulled or someone tried to smoke in the bathroom) They offered no refunds or passes while saying this. After about 20ish minutes the firemen said it was safe for everyone to go back inside, so those remaining did. Again, no offer of passes or refund, nothing. They had only about 30 minutes left. Then, when preparing to leave, the locker they had went “blank screen” and it took over 20 minutes for employees standing around saying “well, we don’t know what to do” and someone was finally able to “reboot it”. Again, no apologies, no anything. It is now 4pm on the 27th and have tried 6 different times to get a hold of someone at Gresham Sky Zone. Keep in mind as I said earlier, I also tried 5 other Sky Zones on this side of the US and no...
