Took my 83 yr old mother here for our first stop in finding her a new bed - mind you, she didn't think she needed one because she loves her comfy bed, but it was canoed - she needs more support. (More on this later, the salesman educated both my mother and I on support)
There is no hard sell here, but you may ultimately buy a bed from Rick. If you're like my mother, she likes to go to at least 3 places, and get her fill of options and prices.
Rick at Sandman's was our first stop; it was impromptu, we were at Tuesday Morning nearby, drove by it, and decided to pop in. Rick was helping out another couple when we walked in but greeted us promptly. He managed his time well between the 2 different buyers, while the first couple was deciding, he set my mom up on the bed qualifier, a computer-connected air-filled bed that measures your support need.
Rick explained in detail the different beds and how support and comfort are two different things. My mom always thought firm beds give support, but she likes them soft, and she thought she wouldn't be able to get the support she needs. This gave her a new outlook on getting a new mattress. Much appreciative to Rick for teaching us!
Although we didn't leave with a mattress, the other couple did, and I have a feeling we may be back here for the final purchase after my mom tries out at least 2 more stores.

Considering the substantial amount spent on one of their flagship products, I expected to be kept informed throughout the process. Unfortunately, I've had to initiate multiple calls and send numerous text messages, all in vain.
What's even more frustrating is that I've been waiting for over two months without any concrete information about my order. At this point, I believe it's best to cancel. However, when I reached out to inquire about canceling the order, I was simply directed to contact my credit card company. This lack of assistance and accountability is unacceptable, especially considering the significant investment I've made.
Overall, I'm deeply dissatisfied with the lack of communication and customer service provided. Moving forward, I hope the company takes necessary steps to improve their processes and prioritize customer...
