Not at all what I expected. I knew what and how they did it. Food they served was excellent. Beer selection is amazing. However, seems they can't keep staff because for my third trip I dealt with all new employees AGAIN. And sadly, these folks were new to the job as well as new to me and couldn't answer my questions. AND, the one continuous employee they have, their manager (they all say that's what he is) was no where to be found for the second time in a row. And when he did show up, I believe he had either been asleep or had already started drinking because he took a moment to gather his thoughts and get to helping. Manager? Wow!?! Sadly, it's doubtful we will go back until they get folks in there that are proud of their work and know what they're serving but that takes practice and with managers like that I doubt anyone will be there long enough to properly learn how to serve such...
Read moreAll I can say is WOW! This place is amazing. Troy is so lucky to have Crafted & Cured. This is definitely going to be one of our favorite spots.
The building is stunning and the atmosphere is top notch. We sat upstairs on one of their super comfortable sofas and enjoyed the view of downtown Troy. It is a large space, but very inviting with plenty of cozy seating areas to choose from. We enjoyed the Best of the Best charcuterie board as well as the dessert board. Both were awesome and we enjoyed getting out of our comfort zone and trying some new things. They do offer a more basic charcuterie board if you're not feeling as adventurous! They also have an impressive selection of beer, wine, cider, etc to choose from.
I love that this is the perfect date night spot, but is also casual enough for a night out with friends. Do yourself a favor and...
Read moreI was completely blown away by the beauty of this establishment. Gorgeous main floor with 2 bars and a vault to explore, then a 2nd floor mezzanine with gorgeous Greek goddess busts on either side of a rain wall behind the main bar upstairs. Not to mention the huge windows, gorgeous medieval painted wooden ceiling and the homey upscale seating at either arm chairs, couches or 6 person dining tables with an eclectic arrangement of chairs at each. The food is amazing, great pairings on each charcuterie, salads, flatbreads and sliders. There's something for everyone. Wine, bourbon and cocktails, the upstairs bartender can make you anything based off what flavors and alcohol you like, and is a wealth of knowledge. I will be a REPEAT customer from here on out. 10/10 a great experience. Cannot wait...
