OH! Boba — Restaurant in Troy

Only my second time in. First time was great. This time not so much. I asked via Facebook and I've over the phone if they could make a black strawberry tea because I didn't see it on the menu and was confirmed by both Facebook and over the phone they indeed could.

Today I tried ordering the same thing i ordered the first time I went. Strawberry black tea with peach popping pearls. I said it twice to confirm when ordering. I received a strawberry green tea with peach popping pearls. Also says green tea on my label when that isn't what I ordered. I expressed my concern to the lady that made it that it was made and entered wrong , that I had ordered a strawberry black tea. I also expressed that I have a very sensitive stomach to a lot of things including green tea and dairy substitutes which is why I order it that way. She replied rudely with " Well I'm sorry they made it for you that way the first time but I won't be mixing the recipe to make it that way".

For one there's no need to be ugly! For two if I was told that when ordering I would've saved my $7!!! I will take my buisness else where from now on. I don't understand the need for such rudeness and ugliness in this...

I love boba and get it anytime I have the chance. The place was super clean and not busy. The woman working was polite and quick with serving my order. I ordered the tiger black milk tea, and it just didn't taste like any of the others that I have. Generally, I don't like my drinks really sweet, but this one was way too bland.

Beyond that, it was a great experience.

I'll be back to try another flavor.

I have tried the honeydew with rainbow crystal boba. This one is a lot better. Still great service, clean restaurant area, and almost 0 wait time. The barista also offered samples of the special flavors...

All I wanted was a little Christmas hat on my straw :( I don’t even drink boba, I saw someone in line with their boba with the cutest little Christmas hat on the straw so I asked her about it and with my new found information I was set on a mission to get that little Christmas straw hat.. so I begrudgingly payed the 7 something dollars for a drink (not to mention the tip) all in hopes of acquiring this beautiful little hat, with no luck I was handed a hatless drink, do they have no mercy?
