I encourage everyone to rate fairly when you receive good or bad service.... That means stop giving skewed reviews... 5 stars?? Leave 5 stars for some seriously good places... reviews that state "i used to go here" that have 5 stars attached??? Stop raping googles review money by giving useless reviews... if you're going to contribute to googles ratings, give details... not "it's a canadian coffe place with good donuts" and boom slap 5 stars on it... come on.. stop muddling the waters...

then I encourage everyone to actively look up businesses before frequenting them, and go to the one's with better ratings... even if you have to go an extra two miles to give a different Timmy HoHos (or whichever ff place) your money...

Was the only customer in Drive thru and was asked to pull forward to wait... ok... upon receiving order, drink had ice when requested without... no big deal... upon checking bag, was missing chips from my combo... My girlfriends Mac and Cheese was definitly scraped from the bottom or edges judging from that burnt sludge you all are aware of when burnt... employee already gone and I'm a lazy paraplegic who used the drive through so i didnt have to get out to begin with... not waiting in drive through again now with a line... I'll just write a review... all this after the woman taking my order was a less than good representative for Tim Horton's... personality.. just a little... might help that 15 dollar an...

The message is simple: This location for Tim Hortons is one of the best anywhere. I drive by other locations to come to this one in Troy because of excellent customer service. The coffee is always perfect with a hot and fresh cup every time I stop there. The donuts are always fresh and often they provide your order in a box to protect the delicious treats because they are so fresh and incredible. The breakfast sandwiches are always great and made to order. Trust me, when you see Ian behind the counter at his station, you know that your order will be perfect, and it will make your visit worth stopping by each and every time. Most of all, the customer service is of the highest level. As soon as you walk in the door, you are provided a friendly greeting with a smile. Christina and her crew seem to always work together as a great team. They move with efficiency to provide you the best service and you can tell that they care about your experience if you stop in or use the drive-thru. Approximately two weeks ago, I encountered subpar customer service at your establishment. Upon arriving at the drive-thru, I greeted the employee and was met with a rude response. At the window, there was a lack of acknowledgment from any staff member. While observing interactions inside, I witnessed a young, blonde, and larger-sized woman displaying disrespectful behavior towards customers and disregarding sanitation protocols by handling food without gloves. This experience left me uneasy. I recommend hiring employees who are committed to providing satisfactory service, ensuring customer comfort, and adhering to basic hygiene standards.
