Five Below — Local services in Troy

I think that most people have heard of 5 below at this point. However, this 5 below is a newer location, and I’m getting the idea that they are still working on some nuances.

They are somewhat friendly, though honestly it seems that a bit more training is necessary at this particular location for the employees. They may have low staffing at this moment as well that makes them close a little earlier from time to time.

It’s still a fun place to shop. Parking is super easy. You can go in and out and generally find the specific things that you know...

I went to this location with my daughter and as I was walking up to the self checkout the Asian mail worker started scanning my items. I said to him this is supposed to be self scan he said it’s actually associate scan! Since when! This is RACISM! I never experienced this at any other location. I went on 06/27/24 at 4:43:27pm and will not be going back to this location ever again! Please check the camera’s before anyone try to say I am not being honest and I did not need or ask him...

The store is neat, organized, and well stocked. The employees are welcoming and friendly. I gave it 4 stars because the item I was looking for was on a shelf that was almost to the ceiling. I did not realize the ceiling shelving was there until an employee on a ladder, 2 rows away, dropped something. The sound caused me to look in her direction. From there, I looked up toward the ceiling and saw the item I was looking to...
