QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Troy

I really wanted to love this place because I like the food for cheap fast food. Not so much these days. I usually do an online or GrubHub order for convenience. They fail to prepare it properly every single time.

I didn't realize making a chicken nacho with the chips and queso on the side was such a horrific request, however they did. They sent no chips, there was only chicken and beans in my bowl (I ordered salsa,rice,etc). I called and the manager offered me a replacement meal, and since it was GrubHub delivered, told me to come in w/my receipt and he would issue a proper meal. He stated he took my info. He seemed helpful enough. 2 weeks later I went in with my receipt, and asked for the replacement. You would have thought I was robbing the place. The staff is very catty and rude. The girl at the counter told me "we don't do that. Did he give you a card?" No card was given to me, as stated above the order came in via GrubHub. If I wasn't present in the store, how would the manager or employee give me a card? After me patiently waiting in a lunch rush for 40 minutes, she sends another rude lady, to throw a card at me without any words. They then expected me to stand back in the line that was literally now 20 people deep. This is customer service? I walked out after an hour, still with no meal. So I drove elsewhere.

Every time I try to like this place the rude staff and constant order mess ups, remind me why I should drive across town to another location. If your staff hates their job that much maybe they...

This was my first time at Qdoba and it was NOT a good experience. Qdoba had dropped off buy one get one coupons at my work, so a couple co workers and I decided to get it. I placed my order online (where it wouldn't let me use the coupon) and then went to the store to pick it up about a half hour later... By the time I got there it was not ready, not even started better yet, the guy at the counter (who was very nice I'll admit) gave us free drinks for the wait and told me I couldn't use the buy one get one coupon online but it had to be in store - he then offered to cancel my online order and do it through the store instead to use the coupon.. so I agreed not thinking it would be an issue.

Here I am 3 weeks later and I have been charged 2 times for the same meal... once online and once in store and I have contacted Qdoba 5 times regarding this issue... they don't have a corporate customer service number so I have been going through their site with no response. I then went to their Facebook and they said they would contact the DM (because that's worked so well in the past).

Not a good first experience and I can now guarantee that I will be a loyal Chipotle customer - e.coli...
