Incident happen on 9/9 @8:50AM The supervisor that claim she was a supervisor needs to be fired ask for her manager she refused to provide me with that information, the staff needs to be fully re-evaluated. Customer service is horrible and they not attentive to their customers. They rush your drinks and food both are very nasty. Don’t resolve issues when you have a problems. Too busy talking to one another and not doing what they being paid to do and that’s working staff need to be aware that people are stopping here before work so be attentive to the customers !!! DO NOT COME TO THIS STARBUCKS WORSE EXPERIENCE I EVER RECEIVED!!!!!! Always closed. The last 2 times I’ve tried to go were Saturday mornings. It is currently 10:47 AM on a Thursday and they are once again closed. No hours listed for when they will be open.

Edit: despite my better judgement, I’ve tried to go her twice more in the years since I posted this review. Both times they are out of multiple things and always out of cold brew. Clearly there is something wrong with this location, whether not ordering properly or not prepping correctly in the mornings. Management needs to turn this store around because it reflects very poorly...

This Starbucks is conveniently located inside of Krogers so you can grab a drink while you are shopping. They usually have two people working so the wait time can be a little long. But they do a great job on the drinks! I get the matcha lemonade and it taste so good. They are super friendly and the area is...
