I've been a patron of Chipotle for 17 years. I walked into an empty restaurant with my friend and tried to order the same thing I've ordered for 17 years, which is a bowl with a tortilla in the bowl. A man who wasn't taking my order says they're not allowed to do that because the tortilla could drag on the table. As he says this, the person taking my order puts the tortilla on a piece of foil, which is smaller than the tortilla, so my tortilla is touching the table. When I point out that the tortilla is already touching the table, he says I can talk to the manager. When the manager comes out, she's already seething, I'm not sure why. She repeats the same thing and again I point out that my tortilla is already touching the table. She says it's corporate policy and I ask since when. She says 3 months which is untrue because I had ordered from this same restaurant in that time frame.
I said that it didn't make sense and then Lisa Kline, the manager, (an angry middle aged white woman) kicks me out (an Asian man accompanied by a black man) and refuses to serve us. We then come to the Hoover location and I order like I have for the last 1.7 decades.
Lisa Kline, the Trussville location manager, I hope whatever was really bothering you gets resolved because you surely won't last much longer taking out your anger on customers.

Read moreLiterally the worst Chipotle I've ever been to my entire life. The restaurant was filthy, trash was piled up to the top of the trashcan with food all over the floors, and tables. I went into the restaurant around 2:20 pm and everyone was just standing around as if the place didn’t look a mess. I walked straight up to place my order and when I made it to the cash register I realized the guy on tortilla forgot the 5 flour tortillas I wanted with my order. I got back into the line to see a completely different man who had taken over the tortilla side. I politely told him that I did not receive my tortillas with my order and if he could give me the 5 tortillas I initially asked for. He went on to say he could only issue out 3 per person and NOT 5. Luckily I had my little sister with me and I told her to ask for 3 tortillas also. This guy was very rude about the entire situation when this happened. When I asked the previous guy about the tortillas he did not say there was a 3 tortilla maximum so I was confused. He then proceeded to give my sister the tortillas and instead of 3 that we asked for he only gave us 2. At this point, I really wanted to just get out of the restaurant because of how terrible the service was. As a former Chipotle employee, I am aware that you can receive 5 tortillas. Read moreMy son pleaded to go to Chipotle for lunch and it was the worst experience ever. We got our food to go and when we were going home- he began to eat and beforehand he immediately noticed a hair that he pulled on and it was a long piece of hair. He pulled it out and was going try to eat but kept getting multiple pieces of red hair out. I tried to call the store and the automated system doesn't allow to speak with anyone at the local store (Trussville -Morrow Rd). I tried to do a live chat and it is an agent bot and that part was frustrating, finally got a live person but they stated initially they could not do anything other than provide a discount on next meal. We live 45 minutes away and there is not one in our city. I told them this was unacceptable. I sent receipt as proof and asked me for the same information my receipt provide and the details of previous texts. So after inputting everything a third time I was told this would a lengthy process because it was an instore purchase and gave me the 800 number to call store direct. I let them know it doesn't allow to speak with a live store location. I think it is odd they did not do this. But seeing multiple red hairs was just disgusting, poor quality food and poor customer service. The stores should be more accessible than this and makes you think they do not want to hear complaints.
