Bedzzz Express — Local services in Trussville

When my wife and I started the journey of looking for mattresses we started out by looking online. After many days and reviews later we decided that we really needed to lay on it. We went to numerous stores and ended up getting hassled at most. It seemed like we weren't even shopping for a mattress anymore. It was more like playing a game of hide from the salesmen (they were really good). I used to sell furniture in a previous career and I was expecting to get hassled so I kept telling my wife it was normal. But then we went to bedzzzz express and talked with Lewayne. Notice I said talked. We weren't chased around the store or pressured into get something we couldn't afford. He stayed back but close enough that if we had a question for him we weren't yelling but far enough that we didn't feel like we needed to whisper. He answered all our question and didn't try to steer the conversation in a way that he wanted. We were able to talk in private and come to our own decisions. At the other stores every time we tried a bed and rolled over it was like we had Jack Nicholson creepily standing over us smiling. Now don't get me wrong I like Jack Nicholson I just don't want him standing over me and my wife while we try out a mattress. I would highly recommend going to bedzzzz express and talking with Lewayne unless you want to be chased around, hassled, and pressured into going over budget. The salesman was very nice and knew about all the products. I called again today and he was as helpful as possible. I called to see if and when I would get my mattress and lift frame. He knew the mattress was in but had no knowledge of when the lift frame would be coming, so he was unable to tell me when I would get anything. as nice as he was I am sure he would have helped me if the company had told him when it was coming in. It has only been two weeks and I am sure I will be finding out something in the near future. He offered to help by letting me pay another $440 and get an upgrade on the frame and I would be able to get everything in the next few days but I chose to wait and I will hopefully find out soon when I will get my purchase delivered. My experience at Bedzzz express in Trussville with LeWayne Allen was phenomenal. When we purchase something of great value and for long term purposes we do shop around. After we shopped around in other big name retailers and some small family ran places we came to the conclusion that bedzzz express was top notch.
