I went in on a Sunday at 5:45. The store closes at 6 but all I needed were some prints printed on card stock. The gentleman behind the counter was fantastic. Very helpful. He printed what I need and I asked if they had a cutter I could use real quick. He looked around for a moment and a female approached and said you can come back tomorrow. We are closed. Shocked that she’s speaking to a paying customer this way. I look at my watch and it’s 6:00. I just needed to cut them myself and she’s acting like I’m asking her to do it first of all and that’d it would take her a hour to do it. Very poor customer service! Read moreI went to Staples to return some amazon packages. There was two ladies ahead of me. I watched the young man acknowledge both ladies and process their returns. I stepped up to the counter to process my returns. The young man didn’t acknowledge me. That was fine. He proceeded to get new tape to put in the tape gun, which he struggled with for about a minute. He tapped the box and moved the box and still nothing. He attempted to scan the box several times. While all this was happening an older lady was behind the counter working. After minutes of waiting, I politely put my items back in my bag and left the store. Horrible...

The manager, Terence, and his team of pros were fantastic! They helped me to return the old printer, and I was able to order a replacement model, an upgrade, that was on sale and arrived within a few days to the store. When I went by the store, (though I could have had it shipped to my door), Terence carried it to my car!
