I pass this place all the time and decided I would check it out for the lunch buffet...what a jip. Paid for my all you could eat...this is how it was the entire time I was there. I was there about 30 mins and they never put out anything. A lot of people were angry and left, I had a salad and then waited and waited and waited....someone asked if they would be putting out more pepperoni and they said yes, the oven is full...10 mins later..someone said I had to go back there and make the pizzas cause "she" was backed up...so, they lied, cause I looked in the oven opening and there was nothing inside. Maybe instead of trying to make half this half that...you actually make an entire pie of something so more than 2 people get a slice of what they like...I'll come back in about 2 weeks to see if is still like this...all you can eat is a very big lie. Hire more people or make them work faster, it's pizza! Pre prep some pies and throw them in as you see your crowd grow...very dis organized....they didn't even have parmesan cheese on the tables when asked from a customer...the girl behind counter said, oh they aren't out yet huh, just take ours.and hand ONE shaker...I guess the rest of us can do without, didn't matter sense we didn't have pizza at the PIZZA DEN... a lot of people were fed up and walked out saying it's been like this the last few times they came...after those people who waited to see if anything came out but didn't and left...I was one of 4 people in there at this point....ridiculous. I hear Pizza Hut in Trussville just moved to a brand new store...don't think you can continue this practice and keep them doors open. We got options and terrible service is a deal breaker over taste... 1st time visitor, who regrets ever stopping. BTW, this was 3 hours before the buffet was to end, so don't think I came in 30 mins prior expecting a full load...it should have been...

Back in the day there was a place called Buck's in Warrior Alabama that made strombolis and my dad absolutely fell in love with them. They closed years ago and since then we've been searching for another place that could get close to what they made. I came in tonight because my dad was admitted to the hospital with pneumonia and he wanted something different from what we're able to get where we live and Fox's absolutely CRUSHED it! Hands down the best stromboli's we've had since Buck's closed over 15 years ago. I will most certainly be back as often as possible even though it's over 30 minutes from my house. %100 worth every second of the drive time. I can't brag on this place enough. It's been a stressful day and the guy working the front counter was super friendly. Whatever they're paying him, it isn't enough. I can't express in words how good it felt to be greeted like I was after the day I've had. Thank you and I will be back with...
