Very well taken care of. Started in Pell City, from there to Oxford and finished in Trussville. Can't remember the sales person name, but she was wonderful. This young ladies exemplifies what it means to really take care if a client. She went over and above to make sure that I had everything that I needed. I called the Trussville store to be sure that they were holding the right piece that I needed and this young lady had left the Pell City store and had driven to the Trussville store. And to my surprise she answered the phone in Trussville, she remembered who I was from the Pell City store and confirmed the item being held for me. Love my outfit! Just left what used to be my favorite store. At 7:15pm (no one acknowledge me the entire time I was in the store).. I asked to try on some clothes (had four items) and as the employee was physically leaning her entire upper body against the table with her hand under her chin and chatting with what looked to be another employee, she simply said “our dressing room is closed.” So I stood there a second as if perhaps she would go unlock it for me, but she just stared back at me without saying a word - no other customers in the store, not busy cleaning up or doing anything - just leaning on the table and chatting - so I hung up the items and walked...

Have always loved shopping at Cato. I went to the Trussville location to have some retail therapy, they were supposed to open at 1 since it was a Sunday. I waited for 40 minutes and finally left. I called another location and they had no reason for this location being closed. Several hours after they should have been open, they are still closed. I will continue to shop at Cato but not...
